Call Brian's BBQ and ask to talk to Tabitha, she is amazing! We were just weeks away from our wedding and panicking about how to get the carnival/circus food I wanted for our wedding. We were going to do it ourselves, but then had to change our reception venue a month before the wedding and the new location wouldn't let us bring in food prepared at home or make food on site. I explained to her all that I wanted which included nachos, corn dogs, mini subs, veggie trays, fruit trays, and popcorn to feed 180 guests. With hardly any hesitiation she said, "Okay, I think we can make that happen!"
They definitely followed through on everything they brought servers and set up outside of the stable, where I wanted them to and served up the freshest, yummiest food I could possibly have asked for, they also brought sweet tea and lemonade that tasted great too! The price was about $8-10 a person I think, which is great compared to the $16+ it is at country clubs. Even if you don't want finger foods or bbq, the catering company is just an offshoot of Brian's so they are very flexible about the types of food they will do from super casual to formal, as far as I understand, at least.

Brian's catered our wedding (March 2014) and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. The food was delicious and the staff that came out were polite and very professional. Organizing the catering for the wedding was a lot easier and more affordable than I was expecting. The manager and catering manager were so nice, organized, and flexible.

If you like this style of bbq and have particular arrangements that are necessary - I definitely recommend Brian's BBQ. A breeze to work with and delicious food. The catering truck was perfect for our event, thank you for helping reduce the stress of planning our wedding reception!
