Brandon Hall Plantation is a wedding venue located in Natchez, Mississippi. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate consists of a mansion house and a number of cottages and gardens. These are situated on grounds that stretch across more than 45 acres of hill lands. The house and grounds feature both indoor and outdoor event facilities. The venue also offers wedding planning and coordination services.

Facilities and Capacity

Brandon Hall Plantation is available for ceremonies and receptions. The property’s centerpiece is the large mansion house, set adjacent to the terraced gardens and only a short distance from the venue’s parking facilities. Brandon Hall is a two-story structure. It features rows of tall windows and a wrap-around porch, supported by columns of classical design. The mansion’s foyer and front porch can accommodate ceremonies of up to 175 guests. Larger events can be hosted in the terraced gardens or on the spacious north lawn. The north lawn is suitable for parties of up to 600 guests. The mansion’s reception hall, which opens onto the terraced gardens, can hold up to 150 people. The venue also has facilities for overnight stay. A number of these, including the Louise Suite, the Rachel Lee, the Andrea Lauren, and the Sarah Elise, are located in the Brandon Hall building. The Whitehall Cottage, located a short distance from the mansion, includes a full kitchen and living area and can sleep up to six guests. The Carpenter Cottage, which is adjacent to the Whitehall Cottage, includes a king bed, full kitchen and full bath, and sleeps two.

Brandon Hall Plantation offers a selection of wedding and elopement packages. Packages provide a range of services to meet a variety of needs. Couples wanting a small celebration can opt for the basic elopement package. This includes use of the house and grounds for a period of one hour, a small wedding cake, one bouquet, and a bottle of champagne. Planning and coordination services form part of the full Venue Rental package. Linens, tables, and chairs are also provided with this package.
