My husband and I got married at the Boulder Flower Farm - we opted for day use of the Farm grounds and the house for our microwedding (12 people + 1 infant, including the bride and groom). What an awesome experience! The grounds, the abundance of flowers for the ceremony, and the house are stunning! Working with Chet and his family made the process really easy - they were happy to let us create the day that we wanted and answered lots of questions along the way. Chet also provided assistance day-of and was a quick text away. The day was gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you for everything!!

Throughout the wedding planning process, I explained the venue to friends and family as a “choose your own adventure” venue. We appreciated the flexibility BFF offers which allowed us to create the exact vibe and use the vendors that we wanted. The stunning natural landscape was the perfect backdrop for our event, and it was special to have flowers from the farm adorn the tables. The layout of the property also allowed for the creation of distinct and unique environments (with a nice flow) for each portion of the day - ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

Beyond the venue itself, I cannot say enough positive things about the BFF family (and it’s truly a family). They were beyond helpful, accommodating, and welcoming.

My husband and I got married at BFF in July of this year and to say this venue is absolutely magical and the BFF family is amazing is a huge understatement. Like most COVID couples, we planned and re-planned our wedding several times, so we decided to have a micro-wedding (19 people total) in Boulder with just our immediate family celebrating with us. We were so lucky that BFF had a cancellation for our original date! We reached out and got a very quick response from Chet, who also provided a list of vendors that the farm has worked with before. He also went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had about the venue, including good places for vendors to set up and flower recommendations for my loose bouquet. This was incredibly helpful to us since we do not live in Colorado and were not able to see the venue until a few days prior to the wedding. The rental included access to the entire outdoor property, which was breathtaking and allowed us to have both the ceremony and reception on site with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the incredible mountain views. Because BFF is a venue-only rental, it allowed us to customize our wedding and not settle for anything we did not want or need, like most venues of this caliber (e.g., set catering, decor rentals and bar). This meant we had our dream taco bar, got to set up the decor/rentals exactly as we liked (with the help of family), and danced to our favorite Spotify playlist that we streamed through our portable speaker. It felt incredibly intimate and special to celebrate our big day among the green grass and rolling hills, rows of beautiful flowers, and towering trees. We are so grateful to the BFF family for sharing their sanctuary with us and for helping us have the best day with our favorite people!!

Another added bonus -- flowers are included in venue rental fee! Chet helped us pick out the flowers we wanted for the tables/decor and also prepared a loose bouquet for me!

We could not have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding! The Boulder Flower Farm is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever encountered, and we are so thrilled that we were able to host our friends and family here. The space is lush and cozy, and the day flowed naturally with the varied spots we utilized for our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Kristy and Chet are so kind and easy to work with, and made the whole process simple and fun. We recommend renting the home with the venue, too. It was wonderful to sit out under the grape arbor and relax with our friends the day after and soak it all in one more time.

Looking back, we still feel how lucky we were to discover this farm and have our summer wedding there. The farm is a hidden gem in the farmland north of Boulder. It was the perfect setting for our special day, provided a beautiful selection of flowers for decorating, and last but not least, has some of the warmest and sweetest people we have met – the owners Chet and Kristy. The farm layout created a convenient flow from the bridal suit in the owners’ house to the green backyard next to the old schoolhouse building, which acted as the ceremony and cocktail reception site, and then to the big lawn between the amazing lavender field and the tree-lined creek where the tent was setup for dinner. Our guests were very excited to check out the flower fields and the green house nearby. We got many compliments on the flower arrangements that we sourced directly from the farm. Chet and Kristy patiently worked with us and our planner to make sure everything was ready for our big day. They also gave us many helpful tips on flower and decoration ideas. Thanks for making our special day so unique and unforgettable!

When we were planning our elopement, especially in Covid times, we had no idea what to expect for venues. We booked The Boulder Flower Farm without even visiting the property, and instead relied on reputation, the online gallery, and social media. On our wedding day, we were absolutely amazed at how gorgeous the property was in person! I loved the variety of landscape and scenery that was available on the property for our pictures, as well as the grape arbor dinner table setting. Christy and Chet made sure we had everything we needed and made our day so special!
