Bonnie Birch is one of the Northwest’s finest accordionists performing a versatile repertoire of American, European Continental (French, Italian, etc), and classical music. Bonnie performs as a soloist as well as working with a wide variety of local area musicians and singers. Her varied audience includes restaurants, weddings, corporate events, family events, and artistic organizations.
The accordion is one of the most beautiful instruments for a wedding event. When played by a master accordionist, it can lend the perfect atmosphere for a rehearsal dinner, garden party reception, pre-wedding cocktail party, ceremony music, dinner music, etc.
Bonnie is an experienced entertainer and knows how to play the perfect background music, being discreet or interacting with attendees if they have requests. If children are in attendance, you will have something that children love.
Bonnie will work with the couple to provide special music selections they may have.

Bonnie started playing the accordion at the age of 6. She loved the instrument and never had to be forced to practice. Over the years, she won many awards for her playing skill including a performance in Carnegie Hall at an international accordion festival.
Bonnie enjoys the happiness she is able to give people through her playing. She also loves the many interesting conversations that arise when she is playing for an event.
Coming from an Italian and northern European background where the accordion is a mainstay instrument, Bonnie has developed a love of all ethnic types of music. She also loves jazz and has studied with some highly respected musicians in the field.
She has a BS degree in mathematics and worked for over 30 years in software development and support.
Nick was born in Munich, Germany and came to Canada at the age of 16. He is a skilled guitarist and vocalist and plays mostly by ear.
He learned English by playing and singing American Standards which he listened to over and over. He also speaks and sings in fluent German.
Paul plays tuba and bass. He played in the Navy band for 20 years and has travelled the world.
With perfect pitch, Paul is a major asset to our group.
