Boccardo Jewelers is proud to be associated with some of the world’s most prestigious watch brands. As authorized representatives of these brands, we maintain rigorous standards of performance, which include staff training, seminars, certificates of authenticity, and after sales services.

Our watches are factory fresh, and come with full factory warranties. We have a state of the art repair shop on the premises, and house an extensive inventory of spare parts. Being an authorized dealer, we are able to provide expert, knowledgeable advice and after sale service on your timepiece. Some of our services include bracelet adjusting, battery changes, refinishing and re-pressure testing on diving watches.

We also do bracelet adjusting on non Boccardo watches at a nominal fee, as long as the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer, and has a valid warranty card from that dealer…

We do not service “Grey Market” watches or watches that have been purchased via the internet.

Our store is a four thousand plus square foot, building on the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Spruce Street in historic downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania. We have free store side parking. Our store features a Breitling watch boutique and a Tag-Heuer watch boutique. We also have a refreshment bar with flat screen TV.

Sandy Boccardo, our founder, started in the jewelry business in 1938. He eventually opened a jewelry repair trade shop which he had for many years. In the late 1960’s he opened our first retail jewelry store on Washington Avenue .. After being joined by his 2 sons, the Boccardo family purchased a building on Spruce Street, and stayed there until 2007. In January of 2008 the family purchased the free standing present location. Now in our third generation, the Boccardo Tradition continues.
