Bob is known mainly through providing corporate services, but he was booked for our wedding and is fantastic at customer service. The value he offers is not offered anywhere else. Bob was 20 minutes early waiting for us. He provided such a personal touch like providing a complimentary bottle of wine and sparkling cider for me as he knew I was expecting.
