I feel that customer service is quickly becoming a dying art, but that is not the case with Kevin Klepeis. He strives to provide his customers with the quality they expect and works to ensure that happens. His desire for excellence is evident in his work and the manner in which he responds to concerns. He captured moments we didn't even remember and gave us memories with family we would not have had otherwise. Kevin provided us with a final product that still makes us cry each and every time we watch.
