The team at Blue Sky Baking Co. invites you and your partner to arrange a consultation with them before the big day to discuss your wedding aesthetic and personal taste. During this meeting, you can request a custom cake design and additional dessert choices. They begin with phone consultations and offer both in-person and to-go tasting options as well as shipping for out of town couples. They use local, organic ingredients and can accommodate both gluten-free and nut-free clients. On the day of the event they can deliver and set up your order to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and can provide cake stands and toppers. Pleasure to work with

Hannah was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, even though I had many questions. She worked with us on an our smaller mid size wedding (around 70 guests). She did not try to oversell us and had the cutest display. She dropped off and picked up any dishes left the next day. Her cakes are so cute! She also made custom wildflower cookies. 10/10 recommend!

Blue Sky Baking was an absolute dream to work with on our wedding cake! Hannah was responsive and professional at every step of the way, and the cake turned out even better than we could've anticipated. She thoughtfully brought our vision to life, and the cake was beautiful and delicious. We got so many compliments!

Amazing Experience

We had an awesome time working with Hannah and Blue Sky Baking Co. for our wedding. Hannah was so responsive and easy to work with in all the planning. She was extremely organized and quick to respond. Most importantly, everything was absolutely delicious. The cake/dessert tasting was such a fun experience as well. We loved our cake and all the additional desserts that we had and the presentation was beautiful. We highly recommend working with Blue Sky Baking Co. if you want a delicious and memorable dessert display at your wedding!

10/10!!!!!

Hannah did an amazing job for our wedding dessert bar, which included 2 cakes & many plates of cookies! The cakes looked exactly as I had pictured & she even ordered custom figurines of our pets to place on the cake. Everything tasted amazing - I highly recommend the champagne raspberry flavor!

Executed to perfection!

I cannot recommend Hannah and Blue Sky Baking highly enough! From our initial phone call to our wedding day, she was extremely responsive, professional, helpful, and executed everything to perfection. She helped us come up with an amazing array of small desserts to accompany our wedding cake, and answered my many questions ("how many cupcakes do people really eat at weddings?") along the way. I was blown away by how perfectly she captured the look I was going for (complete with flowers which she grew in her garden) and the flavors were killer. We finished our wedding cake the night after the wedding, and our final slices did not last beyond the first night of our honeymoon. It was that good. I am so glad that we live in Colorado and can pick up some delicious treats from Blue Sky Baking again!

Absolutely use Blue Sky Baking!!

I could talk forever about how perfect of a choice Hannah was for our big day!
First, our taste testing was SO difficult because we loved every single flavor. We ended up decided on the white cake with lemon curd filling and raspberry frosting. DELICIOUS!
Second, Hannah brought our cake and set up our complete desert table day of. It looked AMAZING and I didn’t have to worry about it and that was so relieving.
Lastly, our cake was perfect. She made exactly what I envisioned and it tasted perfect. Thank you Hannah!!

Best Cupcakes EVER!

Hannah of Blue Sky Baking Co. makes the BEST CUPCAKES EVER! We now joke in our family that no other cupcakes are worth it after trying hers. I had originally tried them at a friends wedding and knew there would be no other option for our big day. I am gluten free and our cake and cupcakes, even the gluten free ones, blew our guests away. I was thrilled to support a small, women-owned business and appreciate her attention to quality and freshness of ingredients. The cakes themselves are moist and flavorful. The icing is really out of this world. It is not too sweet and has the most luxurious texture. I have no idea how she does it, but I love it. You have to try these cakes!

AMAZING cake & responsiveness!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Hannah and Blue Sky Baking! Throughout the entire planning process, she was SO responsive, oftentimes getting in touch with me before I even had a chance to reach out. Even though we lived out of state, Hannah made a way to arrange a (very cute) mailed tasting for us in mason jars. Most importantly, our cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Hannah is an outstanding vendor, and I would book her again 1000 times over!!
