BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Susan is amazing. The Oaks, where I had my ceremony and reception, has a contract with this company to include a 14 passenger shuttle. They recommended I contact Susan if I thought I was going to need more shuttles and I am very glad I did. I ended up booking the 28 passenger shuttle the company had and it was so useful because we had guests staying at two other hotels other than the Oaks. One in Easton, and one in Saint Michaels, so having the two shuttles made things flow very easily.

Susan was so kind and so helpful. She was able to help us out even more because we are military. Her response time was amazing and I think we got a really great deal. My guests were happy that they could have a great time at the reception and get home safely.

We had multiple trips pick up the guests at the two hotels and the shuttles took people back after the event and even out into town as we had the rental up until about 12:30am to use as we needed for the after party!

Definitely worth booking a shuttle or two through Blackwater if you are getting married or having an event in the Eastern shore area!!

Blackwater provided our transportation to and from The Oaks to the church for our wedding. They also brought us into town after the reception. Our driver, Walt, was awesome and very accommodating. If anyone is having a wedding and needs shuttling on the eastern shore, call Black Water Paddle Shuttle Service. The company is a local business with a great owner and excellent service. Susan was wonderful to deal with over the phone and very very accommodating. The company understands weddings very well and provide a great service for the price. Our wedding was fun because of them, it allowed our guests to party and have a safe ride home. We had the shuttle running from our venue, to the hotel and to the after-party for the whole evening. The driver was amazing and handled all the guests with class. Everyone mentioned how nice the driver was and at the end of the night he made sure the guests got home safe. We used Blackwater Paddle and Pedal since we booked our wedding at The Oaks and received a complimentary shuttle. In addition, we booked a second shuttle for guests at a hotel in Easton.

Susan was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. However, she was sometimes hard to get in contact with and I had to email and call several times. Also, the shuttles can only go to St. Michaels OR Easton and not both. With that said, we had several guests compliment the shuttle drivers and one even stayed and took guests home from the after party. Blackwater Paddle and Pedal is very trustworthy and has fair pricing.
