You can't go wrong with MBG. I have used this service twice now. Both times the customer service was excellent from the time I called to schedule until the last person got off the bus at the end of the night. The prices are incredible. The bus was very clean and the drivers were very professional.

We were very happy with our service from MBG Enterprise. From planning the trip, to our final drop-off, MBG provided top-notch service. When I first called MBG I got a quote right away. The quote was the lowest I received after contacting three other companies prior. On the day of our wedding, the driver arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time and made sure our bus was in a spot were people could easily hop on. Our driver was excellent as well. He navigated several winding back roads at night while keeping the ride smooth and easy. Overall, MBG made our transportation worry-free! I will definitely be calling MBG whenever I need transportation for an event!

Working with the bus company was probably the easiest vendor to work with during our planning process. They were so great to work with and so fair on pricing! Best pricing on any bus company we got quotes from. The drivers took very well to our schedule and made sure the pickups and drop offers were completed at the time we listed. There were no late guests even with heavy rain! We got there on time and safely. Service and drivers were very casual and great on the day of!

We first contacted MBG in June and had a lot of difficulty coordinating details of our request, not getting a contract in place until after our wedding planner got involved for a few weeks in mid-September, 2 weeks before wedding. The driver shuttling people to the wedding didn't check the address and got lost in Druid Hill park, eventually arriving 15 minutes later than scheduled. She also didn't put a sign in the bus window as requested and picked up multiple people for another wedding, meaning there wasn't room for all of our guests on the bus. Technically, MBG shuttled our guests to and from the wedding, but this vendor was by far the most stressful part of our day.

Showed up late to pick up my guests from one of the hotel room blocks. These guests did not arrive at the ceremony until it was half over. Daniel / MBG refused to admit that they made a mistake (didn't even admit that the bus was late, when it was extremely easy to prove in wedding pictures that all the guests that stayed in that hotel were not there). There was no apology, no refund, no credit.

The price is better than you'll find elsewhere, but there's a reason - it comes with a risk. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
