Black diamond GT was very professional with my wedding in August of 2023. My father booked their Black Suburban ( Dark Night ) to pick me ( The Bride ) up from my house along with my photographer, and my mom, and anything else we needed to bring to the venue. Bobbie Hart was very professional, She was on time, and was very professional, the Suburban we booked to pick us up in had white flower pedals on the floor, Bobbie Hart helped us carry everything out of their suburban, and Congratulated me again on my wedding! My dad said that Dustin Hart was very professional over the phone and let my dad know he was recording the call and my dad was perfectly okay with it. After our wedding my dad surprised us with their 10 passenger Lincoln limousine! Dustin Hart opened the doors for my husband and I and congratulated us on our wedding! Inside the limo was white flower pedals on the floor and a bottle of champagne with ice and more than enough waters in there to last us a while. When Dustin Hart dropped us off at our hotel he opened the door and helped us grab our luggage and congratulated us on our wedding! I would most definitely recommend Black Diamond GT for wedding transportation, they were very professional and respectful. Even though it was a special day for us, Black Diamond made it even more special!!

We used this company for our wedding in June 2023. We booked originally booked with Black Diamond in January before our wedding and never received confirmation of what we booked. We had some changes made in April and even after many phone calls and 20+ emails sent to Dustin and his wife Bobbie we never received the confirmation even after they said they would send it multiple times. Since the lack of communication, we decided to call Black Diamond a few days before our wedding and it was the most unprofessional phone call. They stated that they were “recording our call” and constantly yelling at her dogs and grandchildren.

We had explicitly requested a coach bus to transport our family and friends from the hotel to the venue, and they confirmed we would have one. Bobbie stated that she knew she couldn’t get the coach bus and decided not to tell us that and went ahead and booked a party bus for that transport that held 35 guests “seated.” She texted me the morning of the wedding pictures of a bus with a stripper pole and black out curtains. When this party bus came, it barely held 20 guests in it, which made our entire wedding timeline late due to multiple trips needed to get to the venue. This was the same deal with the limo that came to pick up the wedding party that was supposed to hold 10-14 guests and barely held 8 men. The limo was also very outdated with blown out speakers. After our wedding, we sent them another email and yet again no response. Given the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and outright deception, we would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company.
