Having our wedding at BCC was a wonderful experience - the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL, Michelle + staff were so pleasurable to work with, and the day itself was just seamless:
*Venue - the outdoor ceremony deck overlooks the bay (incredible view), and the indoor cocktail + reception rooms are classy + warm
*Michelle is an expert and really knows what she's doing. She answered all our questions, led our ceremony rehearsal, and helped us feel at ease / we knew we were in good hands on our special day! Also, the head chef (Dan) is really talented - the food here is incredible!

Our experience with Berkeley Country Club was excellent, it made our wedding day so special! During our search for an all-inclusive wedding venue, BCC stood out for its unique beauty and everything it had to offer. We booked our date more than a year in advance, and Michelle Sand was available throughout the entire planning process to answer questions and provide guidance.

The annual wedding faire and BCC's list of recommended vendors helped us find several vendors we ultimately hired. At our tasting, every menu option we tried was delicious, and it was a great opportunity to finalize logistics. Even in the days leading up to the wedding, the team graciously accommodated several last-minute requests.

On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and we created memories we'll cherish forever. The tables were decorated exactly as we envisioned and looked absolutely stunning. Our family and friends raved about the food and drinks, had an amazing time taking photos and dancing, and made us feel incredibly loved.

For prospective couples, we chose the Platinum Package for about 100 guests and were even able to negotiate a few substitutions in our contract (for example, swapping the displayed appetizer for late-night bites). We chose not to hire a wedding coordinator, so Michelle and her team truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and that we felt taken care of on our wedding day.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to help bring our wedding to life. We highly recommend Berkeley Country Club to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.

I put this venue on our wedding tour list as a whim. When we got there, we fell in love with the reception space, their indoor ceremony option, and, of course, the incredible view.

Little did we know that the indoor option would be critical when a storm rolled through on our wedding weekend. While I was pretty stressed about this, Michelle made sure the change to an indoor ceremony was seamless. So seamless that you would have thought this was always how we had it planned (I think I actually liked our ceremony even more indoors!).

Michelle was extremely helpful throughout the process. I enjoyed working with her in the many months leading up to the big day. Just note, she doesn’t tend to respond on her days off (certain weekdays), but the week leading up to our wedding, she very promptly reassured me and my panicked texts on her off day (which I really appreciated!).

I loved the fact that all the food and bar staff were in-house — fewer things for us to plan, coordinate, and worry about. They had a good selection of menu options, and many of our guests told us afterwards how much they liked the food.

We were also glad we picked some of the recommended vendors (shout out DJ Sonny and photographer Yang Lu), who knew the venue, were reliable, and were overall a pleasure to work with.

As a planner/always-the-event-host kind of gal, I was so appreciative of how Michelle ran the rehearsal and the wedding day. My husband and I really felt like we could relax and enjoy our day because Michelle had it all handled. I also felt like she really went out of her way to make sure we felt taken care of and special.

If I had to think of a negative, the bridal room was a bit small, so we got ready elsewhere, but that didn't really matter to us (I also think it looked cuter on our wedding day vs when we had initially toured). We cared way more about having great space for our ceremony and reception!

Even with all the rain, we had a fantastic time partying inside. The rain did break around sunset, so we were able to run out and get the majestic pictures I was hoping for.

All in all, I would recommend this venue!

BCC created the most memorable wedding day for me and my wife. We were amazed at the value compared with other venues in the area. Once we saw the venue in person we were immediately sold. Michelle was an exceptional planner and helped us arrange our vision from day 1. She kept the ceremony, photos, and reception fluid and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise in making the enitre event go off without a hitch. The sunset photos on the green were an extra special touch!

Michelle was an absolute pleasure. She is responsive, communicative, and extremely reliable. She made us feel like we were the only couple getting married there, and I know she does multiple weddings and events weekly. She answered all of our questions and understood all of our requests. We turned to Berkeley country club after our original venue fell through and they were nothing but understanding, reassuring, and patient with us as we frantically switched dates and plans and vendors. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day, but Michelle was so helpful in addressing our concerns and making our wedding day the most memorable day. Even with some timeline hiccups (my own fault), Michelle moved with ease and flexibility, and helped us make our wedding day the best day of our lives. The venue is beautiful on its own with the architecture and location, but honestly, the staff was the highlight of our experience. My wife and I without a doubt recommend the Berkeley country club for any event, but especially for your wedding.

This venue feels like such a hidden gem. My husband and I visited for the first time when we were looking at wedding venues and immediately knew this was the spot for us. The view at the ceremony location is unbeatable, the indoor reception architecture is classic, and the staff is kind and supportive. We enjoyed working with Michelle, the catering manager, who off the bat showed so much enthusiasm for hosting weddings that it was hard not to get excited too. Between Michelle and our amazing wedding planner ("An Everlasting Moment" if you're looking for a great planner!) and her assistant, my husband and I did not worry about a single logistical thing during our big day. Only love and great appreciation for Berkeley Country Club, and hoping to do some future celebrations there too!

Berkeley Country Club is an absolutely stunning venue. We hosted our wedding there and the views took everyone’s breath away. The ceremony mandap was set up on the deck overlooking the valley and it created the perfect backdrop for a Hindu wedding. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Even the golfers seemed to enjoy the celebration and danced along with our baraat, which made the experience even more fun. They also provided me with a get-ready room, which was incredibly convenient as the bride.

A special thank you to Michelle, who went above and beyond to make the day seamless. She recommended a fantastic florist, Katharina Stuart, who created the most beautiful bouquets for us. Michelle also helped set up the banquet hall for lunch beautifully and worked with us every step of the way. We really appreciated how flexible the club was about allowing an external caterer for lunch. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue or a more supportive team.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Berkeley Country Club! The views are unreal, the atmosphere is relaxed but elegant, and everything came together perfectly.

A huge shoutout to Michelle, our day-of coordinator! So organized and kind. She went above and beyond for us, even helping fix my wedding dress zipper right before the ceremony! Michelle made sure everything ran smoothly, so we got to just enjoy the day and be fully present.

Our guests were blown away by the setting and how seamless everything felt. We’re so thankful to Michelle and the whole Berkeley Country Club team for making our wedding day so special. Highly recommend this venue!
