Paula was amazing, she was there from start to finish. Paula has a fine eye for detail and selection. She makes the bouquet process easy and simple. During the process she sends over flowers she will be using and also FaceTimes with a mock display to make sure your are happy with your product. Paula listens to all your wants and provides her honest opinion! She brought my ideas to reality. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the bouquet was!

We were introduced to Paula by a colleague of ours and hands down, she is the best florist that we’ve worked with! From our initial meeting, she was personable and willing to work with our vision for what we wanted for our wedding centerpieces. It was so easy to communicate with her, and whenever we had a question, she was always quick to respond. Leading up to the wedding, she created a sample centerpiece for us, and we were blown away by how beautiful it turned out. We gave her an idea of what we wanted it to look like and what flowers/color scheme we wanted, but gave her free reign to design what she wanted and she did not disappoint. She let us know what flowers she used, what flowers might be available for her to use closer to the wedding day, and what flower colors we want to change for the centerpiece if we didn’t want to use a particular color. When making our wedding centerpieces, she texted us photos of all the flowers she planned on using for our arrangements. By doing so, we were able to be part of the process and were not surprised with anything. We loved all of her flower selections!

On the wedding day, she delivered and set up our centerpieces and bouquets for us on time. Her flowers truly made the wedding venue – it made the venue look absolutely gorgeous. Our guests could not get over how beautiful and gorgeous the arrangement were. It was so nice to work with a vendor who we trusted whole-heartedly and who was able to take our vision and make it come to life.

Paula was an outstanding helper getting me settle with my flowers for my wedding. She is very creative and supportive and her professionalism makes it easier to rely on her and take the stress of this task from my back.

Paula was worth every penny! Before I met Paula, I was having a horrible experience with finding the right florist for my wedding. I am very particular about flowers and felt relieved after meeting with Paula for about 30-40 minutes to discuss my expectations, budget and style. She provided me with a PDF showing me the inspiration and theme for my wedding, and style of each piece I was ordering including the quote. With each modification I made, she updated it and I was thankful I had that PDF to reference to. In the following months, Paula went above and beyond to ensure that I got the flowers I wanted, ordered and charged at-cost pricing for the vases, and found the pedestals and vases that match my vision. We even met up 2 weeks before my wedding to see a sample arrangement, and I ended up throwing Paula a curve ball by changing the style and color. By this time Paula already placed an order to source the flowers. Thankfully, Paula pulled through and ensured that I didn't need to worry!

In the end, I actually ordered a morning bouquet (from another florist) and a 2nd bouquet (from Paula @ Bells & Bloom) for my ceremony. I picked up the morning bouquet at 7:30AM but by the time 3PM rolled around, all my beautiful coral charm peonies were already flustered and bent out of shape. However, the 2nd bouquet that Paula made for me was still slowly blooming 2 days later.

Paula is professional and had my best interest in mind. When it comes to planning a wedding, we see too often that people are charged 2x, 3x, or even 4x the normal pricing. It's a breath of fresh air that Paula's in the floral business & I hope Paula continues to stay in business for other brides! I would recommend all my friends and family to Paula!

I would give Paula 10 stars if I could! She was so amazing to work with and she perfectly understood my vision for my wedding and executed it perfectly. The flowers were beautiful and my bouquet was SERIOUS. It weighed literally 10lbs, but it was so beautiful I did not mind at all! The flowers were so amazing that my business used her for a photo shoot we did. I would highly recommend Bells & Bloom!
