Six days before my wedding, my fiance and I received a call that our original venue had been hit with COVID, and every worker was sick! So, the hunt for a new vendor team started. When I came across Belle Fiore, I knew there was something special about it! When I had my first tour with Savannah, my suspicions were verified, and I knew that there was nowhere else I could imagine having my reception. In 5 days, Savannah and her team threw together the most remarkable reception I have ever seen. It was as if we were walking into a dream, and since the wedding, so many of our guests have commented about how magical Belle Fiore was. Somehow, in the end, our wedding ended up even better than originally planned, thanks to the beautiful Belle Fiore and its workers. Whatever the event you are planning, Belle Fiore is the venue for you! You will not regret it!

From the moment you drive out to Belle Fiore Estate you know it's a special place. Beyond its sweeping views, lush gardens and incredible architecture Belle Fiore’s spectacular staff made planning our wedding a breeze. We had several ideas about things that we wanted to have take place at our wedding and when we discussed them in initial meetings and would meet again to discuss other wedding details. As we got closer to our date and Elaine, the on site events manager was so fantastic about referring to notes and following up with us so the personal details would not get lost in the overall planning.

On the day of Belle Fiore’s staff worked seamlessly with our vendors, friends and family that had were there to help with set up for our ceremony and reception. Our guests commented that the staff was very friendly in answering questions about the winery and the area. It really says something about a place when so many of the people that work there are happy and have a sense of pride and ownership. As the day went on and different elements of our reception were taking place the staff continued to help with coordinating to insure our event was seamless. We could not have imagined a more perfect day. Thank you to everyone at Belle Fiore who helped make our day truly unforettable.

We recently had our wedding at the chateau at Belle Fiore. It was beyond what we could have hoped for! Its the most breathtaking place and the food was absolutely amazing! Our guests could not stop saying how beautiful everything was. Jennifer was a huge help in making our day go smoothly. Thank you to Belle Fiore for making our wedding the most perfect day!

Without a doubt this is the most beautiful place in Southern Oregon to get married. Our wedding was at the top of the hill at the Chateau. The grounds are well kept, it has a beautiful background, overlooking the vineyard and Ashland in the afternoon and evening has great light, and Elaine is a great person to work with. The only issue we had was the day of there was some confusion during dinner. We were under the impression there would be two wine glasses and a water glass per place setting. There was only one glass per person, and if my guests wanted water, they had to walk up a flight of stairs to the tasting room. Eventually two servers came around with wine, but for my non-wine drinking guests my wedding planner's assistant was the one to walk around with a pitcher of water. Without a doubt though I would get married there again in a heartbeat. It's absolutely breathtaking.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and romantic. I fell in love with this winery at first sight. The setting and winery is A plus. The wines are fantastic. The mangers and staff are fantastic and were very helpful on the day of the wedding. They referred me to other vendors that were fantastic. I can not say enough good things about my experience.

Belle Fiore was a wonderful venue for our wedding! We had been planning to host our ceremony outside, but it ended up raining. Belle Fiore’s staff quickly rearranged the room so that we could have both our ceremony and reception inside. The facility is gorgeous, so it hardly needed decorating; it is also spacious, so there is plenty of room for a large number of guests to mingle and eat. Belle Fiore’s event coordinator helped with every step of the planning process. She accommodated our requests while doing a fantastic job organizing the space and the schedule so that we were able to enjoy our big day. Last, Belle Fiore catered our dinner, and the meal was delicious. Many of the guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Overall, it was amazing, and we highly recommend Belle Fiore if you’re looking for a beautiful, easy place to host your big day!

Venue was gorgeous and the people in charge are wonderful people, but they have some trouble keeping up and responding quickly to emails. Additionally the week before our wedding they emailed me with a lot of big decisions. Things that should have been discussed way in advance.

-seating plan (which ended up being completely random as they only through our table cards down that we made at the tables we had designated).
My mother and mother in-law were actually down putting everything in place for our design when we were told it was going to get pre-placed by staff. My mom missed all of the mother daughter pictures because she was working on it when she didn’t know she was going to have to.

It was difficult because we signed a contract with a different coordinators of the venue. The first coordinator was very experienced (and really on top of things).

On top of everything we were a little frustrated because we did not get of our any leftovers from the catering (they catered).

We were also very upfront about our budge from the very beginning and what we were expecting for the price. After some negotiating we were both able to come to a compromise that worked for both of our parties. However, after this signed contract and with a different coordinator, numerous times they tried to add charges or claim we had not made payments. If we had not been keeping track of all payments and the contracts that we signed we would have paid thousands of dollars more than we agreed initially. We still had to pay more than initially agreed with hidden fees, but we did love the venue and the charges came up too close to the wedding to change at that point.

Again, the people there are amazing I love their spunk but they just don’t have the hang of things yet and we were a little disappointed in the service based on what we were promised in the beginning.
