My husband and I were completely BLOWN AWAY by the quality, professionalism and hard work of this caterer and staff. This caterer came as a referral from our venue coordinate, Cynthia Ferris-Bennett.

We wanted a family style menu for our wedding of approximately 200 guests and Lori went above and beyond in making it absolutely perfect. She not only made the most INCREDIBLE appetizers that were butler passed to guests during cocktail hour, but also treated myself, my husband and our guests like royalty. She literally remembered each detail we discussed during the planning process and somehow went even further the day of the wedding (for example, she came to the head table and asked us what we needed/wanted and literally catered to our wedding party!)

I had purchased to go containers but everyone loved the food so much there were barely any leftovers. I mean, people were buzzing all night about the food. Incredible.

Not only was the food and service amazing, but her people are some of the hardest workers I met during the wedding planning process. They literally pulled up their sleeves and got everything done that needed to be, even the things other vendors were supposed to do but didn't. I truly give all the credit to Bella Vita and the coordinators at East Fork Ranch for making our wedding night flawless in our minds, despite all of the chaos that may have been happening behind the scenes.
