Okay so if it wasn't for Kathleen I would have been hiding in the corner in a fetal position at my own wedding. Kathleen is absolutely phenomenal! It was about two months before our wedding when my (now) husband and I realized we needed a coordinator. Kathleen was thorough and helpful even with us booking her a bit late. We had decorations and all our other vendors lined up and she was able to tie everything together so wonderfully. She was extremely communicative with our other vendors. Not to mention she helped me calm down when I was overwhelmed. She took a moment to help me slow down and remember what my wedding really is for. Your wedding day is a whirlwind and I highly recommend having someone there to take the burden of coordination, decorating, and timekeeping off your shoulders. No words can really explain how much I appreciated Kathleen as she was able to behind the scenes to let us enjoy our own wedding to the fullest.

I worked with Kathleen for my wedding as a day of coordinator and she did a fabulous job! I was looking for someone to just make sure things went as planned and to help with set up and tear down. She provided so much more than that. Our Officiant had never officiated a wedding before so she orchestrated our entire rehearsal which had everyone feeling comfortable and ready to go. The day went off entirely as hoped and planned for which was largely in part because of her! Not to mention she is super nice and personable which helped to create a comfortable, friend-like relationship.

Kathleen was beyond helpful in the planning and day of coordination. She truly took all the stress of the day away from myself and my family. I booked her about 4 months before my wedding but she hit the ground running and I couldn’t have imagined how my day would have gone without her.
