Very delicious, high quality selection and amazing customer service. Flavorful, fresh, and pretty. The cake tasting was nice and informative. So many choices that we couldn't go wrong with our choice of chocolate cake with raspberry filling and vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling. We regularly go to the bakery because of the service. They answered any question we had. Would recommend.

Since the beginning of picking the style of cake to the flavor and the decor. Mr Yamil was so caring and help us with his ideas. All our guess were talking about how beautiful the cake look and how fresh the cake was and flavors. Thank U The cake was show stopper of the wedding.

Out weddjng cake was included with our venue, however we wanted a special. Ale so we had to pay for the difference. Jiovana went beyond our wishes. I requested an extremely worked with details cake, and she did it even better than what I expected. Everybody in my wedding talked about how beautiful the cake was, and it tasted even better! I would keep using their service!

Our wedding cake was fantastic- delicious and didn't have that typical "wedding cake" taste! The only complaint we have, which may have been our wedding vendors fault, is that our cake was supposed to be black and white but we received an all white cake.

Bella Palermo Pastry Shop was the baker for our wedding cake. We got married 6/14/14 at the Reception Hall on the Grounds of PNC Art Center. We had a cake tasting a month before everything tasted delicious. We sat with Elizabeth and showed her pictures of cakes I liked but we actually went with a cake they had on display there. As soon as my fiancé and I saw that cake we knew that was the one. We changed it up a little to match our colors and wow did it come out perfect!!! By far the prettiest cake I ever saw. We choose chocolate and yellow cake filled with caramel and custard. Everyone keeps telling us how good it was. We also had an viennese hour at the wedding all the cakes and desert were supplied by Bella Palmero also best part we got all the left overs. Cant wait to eat out top of our cake on our one year anniversary.

Per our contract with our venue, a $600 wedding cake was included through Bella Palermo Pastry (BPP). Early on, I was informed that any frills and bling would be extra. In March, we had a cake tasting that went well and narrowed down 2 designs, which would be covered without extra costs. Early April, I went back to inform BPP of our choice, but was met with someone new, who indicated that our choice would be extra and not covered for $600. I asked for the person I previously dealt with and was informed she would be there the next day. I also inquired of the cost to do a groom's cake and was told $300+, which I thought was outrageous (another vendor was able to do for $100+). I returned the next day and spoke with Elizabeth, the person I initially dealt with, and was told that the cake would be covered as we originally agreed. However, since we were expecting 80-100 guests, I was informed that they may not be able to do a square-tiered cake. I asked her to find out from her manager if they can do it and get back to me. June 25 (2 days before the wedding), I received a call from someone at BPP informing me that they are unable to do square-tiered cake. That immediately pissed me off because of the timing. I asked how much it would cost to get the square-tiered cake regardless of the number of guests and I was informed $600. I stated that a $600 cake was already included per my venue contract. I immediately felt like someone was trying to rip me off; either the venue was lying about the cake price or BPP was. Either way, it was not a good sign for me. I contacted the venue and expressed my frustration. The venue took care of it and on our wedding day, we got the square-tiered cake. The cake was beautiful, but I did not like BPP’s professionalism. Waiting last minute to tell me did not leave a good taste in my mouth with respect to this company's integrity. Due to the above experience, I cannot say I would recommend BPP for wedding services.
