Jasmine went above and beyond for our special day! The insane list I had was welcomed and she was great with all the littles and you could tell she puts love into every one of her photos!

I’ve worked with Jasmine in the past for couples photos and she has that perfect and special touch to know how to capture the most unique and jaw dropping moments. Her technique of editing photos goes way beyond what I could imagine. She is so extremely talented and loves to get to know her clients so you don’t feel awkward standing there taking cliche photos, instead she gets you moving and positions you to capture the candid moments. I love her work and look forward to her capturing my special day!

Never received a finalized video from Jasmine. She text me a link for a video and asked me my thoughts. When I asked why speeches and audio from our ceremony were not included she said cause the audio was poor. After blowing off some steam I messaged that I would still like the audio so I had it for my records as the only reasons I wanted a videographer was to record the ceremony, and speeches so I had something to look back at when our parents passed! She had ZERO. I still have not received a usb, CBD, nothing. I sit here on my 5 yr anniversary pissed that we have nothing to watch as the Vimeo video was taken down and so now I’m 100% out of my money with zero to show for it. I wouldn’t hire or recommend her again. Side note I did recommend her to a friend post our wedding while we waited 3 months for a teaser for our wedding and she lost part of their audio also!

The fact that she first off lied about the audio then didn’t ever have the customer service to call me about it to own up to the mistake still gets me!

Didn’t do the photos as requested. Edited them after edited, changing them to HER liking.

Didn’t send my gift certificate of a $1,000 to me, which was my wedding present.

Slow responding. Rude when/if she responded. She always seemed to want to hassle things. She was super difficult to work with the entire time. I understand there’s life things going on but I also have life things going on and when you’re paying for a service this is quite stressful. She’s not cheap either! I expected WAY more. I’m very disappointed. After all is said and done I never received my booklet of ten photos nor do I have my photos, my certificate, and my friend who gifted $1,000 is out that cash now.

Recommend for children’s photos/school.
