Wendy was hard to get in contact with up until two days prior to the wedding causing much concern. We booked her with a deposit in March and did not hear from her until the end of May when we had to leave a message stating if we didn't receive a response, we would look else where. We were married on June 19th and onlly finalized the menu on June 17th. Once our wedding planner contacted her, we were able to setup the menu and find out when she was coming and what she needed from us. The food was excellent and all was wrapped for us to put away once we were done. I would recommend if you or a wedding planner is available to constantly track them down for finalizing the plans.
