Sarah arranged to send a "back-up" photographer to shoot family photos. One month and 3 days later, I still don't have my photos, even though services were paid in full. For the last 2 weeks the photos have been "in the mail." Sarah's responded by basically telling me that the photographer that she sent doesn't work for her. Very disappointing. Lesson learned.
