We absolutely LOVED working with Julia at Bay Field Floral! She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She listened to our ideas, and even helped me refine my vision further with specific questions about texture, size, and color that I hadn’t even thought of. She was so thorough with her questions and really made me feel taken care of! On the actual wedding day, she arrived with such a joyful and positive energy, and it was so great to have that amidst everything else happening at the venue. I loved my bridesmaids bouquets and I LOVED my bouquet! It was a dreamy, wintery, magical thing of beauty!!! I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Julia is amazing! We didn’t have an exact idea of what decor we wanted going into our wedding, but knew that florals would be a large part of it at our two day ceremony, which included a Hindu ceremony with a Mandap, Catholic ceremony in a church and outdoor reception. Julia was wonderful at guiding us through what was possible and determining what would work best for our events, both stylistically and logistically. She was very flexible, suggesting various changes to adjust to a specific budget and willing to help us with a couple of last minute requests. She had a team with her on the day of our wedding that seamlessly set up/broke down florals and even saved florals to use on both days of our wedding. And the florals were all so beautiful - our mandap was perfectly simple but whimsical with beautiful aisle decor and centerpieces, the bouquets/aisle decor at our Catholic ceremony were elegant and unique, and our reception decor made it feel like a fairytale. We cannot recommend Julia and Bay Field Floral enough!

I would recommend Julia to anyone who is looking for a florist! I hired her for my Indian wedding which consisted of two events - a backyard Mehendi and backyard wedding ceremony. From the initial planning phases through to the end execution, she was always positive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad I could work with her because she took concerted effort from the beginning to ensure she understood my needs/interests/dislikes. Therefore, towards the end when there were too many decisions to be made I knew I could trust her to make any creative decisions as needed without my input. She provided helpful feedback during the on site walk through that helped both of us better visualize what would and would not be necessary. She was always transparent about the costs, was mindful of the budget provided to her, and provided honest feedback if she thought items were (or were not) worth the cost! I am truly grateful that I was able to work with someone as genuine and skilled as Julia, I underestimated the impact florals and greenery have on an event space and she executed it perfectly.

I cannot recommend Bay Field Floral enough! Initially I struggled to articulate my vision. Julia not only helped me identify my interests for flowers, but also for the mood/feel of the wedding itself. In the end she created ceremony installments, bouquets, and table arrangements that brought incredible beauty to our special day.

Although I live in California, my wedding took place in France. Throughout the whole process Julia communicated with foreign vendors to find the perfect flowers local to the region. My vision was wildflowers/whimsical, but Julia was able to create something polished that worked well for a wedding.

There aren't enough wonderful words to describe how phenomenal my experience with Bay Field Floral was. Julia was amazing from start to finish. She was flexible, communicative, KIND, accommodating, and COMPLETELY nailed my vision of floral/greenery design for our wedding! Julia was so wonderful to work with. I came in not having a super clear idea of what I wanted besides some photos I had saved on pinterest and Julia put descriptive words to my vision (colors, type of flower, general vibe) and helped me flesh out what I wanted. She did a phenomenal job working within budget, communicating, and helping me through the process. I was blown away by the florals on the day of, especially around our chuppah!

Julia truly has a gift in creating beautiful floral arrangements, but that's not all. She also has the gift of guiding people into their soulful vision of their wedding day. Julia helped me realize and organize my visions, adding more support and guidance where needed. She created the magical floral designs I wanted to see on my wedding day with stellar technical skills, while also attuning to the interpersonal; she maintained great relations with other planners and professionals, and facilitated experiences for my family to be involved with the flowers. She even incorporated a piece of my mother's wedding dress into my bouquet. All with an angelic yet direct presence. Flowers are such a huge part of a wedding day, and our day was gorgeous thanks in very large part to Julia!
