Melody is fabulous to work with at this shop! You provide her a budget along with your likes and dislikes for flowers accompanied by what look you're going for and she will produce something beautiful for your special day! We high recommend working with Melody!

Bancroft flowers did a fantastic job. They were able to get the flowers that I wanted and were helpful with making things fit into our budget. They do like the bride to come the day before the wedding to approve the flowers, I was not able to make it in, but the flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! They even looked beautiful a week and a half later when we returned from our honeymoon.

Bancroft's is wonderful! I don't know much about flowers and wasn't looking forward to this part of the planning. I took a few pictures in that I liked and they helped come up with flowers that would look great for my day! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and their service is great. Prices are great as well - almost half of another shop I visited - and the quality - awesome! They do beautiful work. Highly recommend!

They were very accommodating fitting in my wedding even though they were already busy for that day. I went in with few ideas, but they helped me determine was was realistic and would look good. Bouquets turned out great!

Leading up until the wedding, I would have given them all 5 star ratings. However, after the wedding I was a little disappointed. We had a very simple order for flowers (bouquets, ONE boutineer, some corsages, and flower petals). About a month before the wedding, my mother ordered 6 stems of a particular flower for arrangements she was making. The day before, when my mom went to pick them up she was told they were not ordered because normally they always get some in so they just assumed they would be in again. I was very upset and they tried to find these flowers every where they could, which was unsuccessful up until the morning of the wedding. If that was not enough, we received a dead boutineer which is the only one we got. It was for the groom and the photographer had to keep plucking dead petals before taking pictures. My mother has dealt with them in the past and never had a problem (they are very well liked around the community). The good things in pre-planning was that this was the first vendor that helped me put flowers together to SEE and not try to imagine. I had only a slight clue as to what I wanted and they helped give me ideas. I really liked this vendor and still highly recommend them, but I would be cautious.
