Horrible experience with Bakery Creations for our wedding!!!! Our initial experience with Bakery Creations was good and the cakes tasted phenomenal; we were assured they could meet our expectations and deliver when we needed them too. The positive experience ends there. We had an outdoor wedding in June and informed Bakery Creations multiple times that there was no refrigeration available and set a firm delivery time that they showed up an hour and a half earlier than scheduled. The bridal cake was not made in the design ordered (despite providing them an exact picture), had very sloppy icing and was leaning upon delivery. The groom cake was missing an entire layer, had very old strawberries and had terrible icing. Both cakes were beyond dry and tasted horrible, the groom cake was so terrible we were not able to serve it. We went out to Bakery Creations after our wedding and took the cake with us to try and work something out and instead were screamed at and told that their cakes were perfect. We ended up having to take them to court to get our money back for the horrible cakes we were delivered.
I would never recommend them for any occasion as they failed completely to deliver on any aspect of our cakes and they were incredibly hostel and angry when we went back to discuss the issues with them.
