Henry is absolutely amazing in terms of communication, service, booking, and of course and most of all, his menu. Backyard Catering completely blew our guests minds. I have not stopped receiving praise for choosing them as my wedding caterer and it’s been days since the wedding. Thank you for being such a vital part in creating an entire wedding experience for our families. I have to say I was completely impressed that the food was not only bold and delicious in flavor but it was served hot, with care, on beautiful disposable cutlery and you also made sure we ( the bride and groom ) were also served and encouraged to enjoy a meal during our busy day. That really spoke to me. I will be ordering again. I won’t forget what you did for us and I hope you have nothing but utter success going forward. I felt as though the prices were understandable, fair and obtainable for our budgeted wedding but Henry can also deliver a more advanced dining experience if required. He was gracious towards our financial consciousness. I feel like booking and contracting were a breeze. Our tasting was incredible. We enjoyed each part of our three courses so much but for anyone reading this, the smoked chicken thighs, Mac and cheese, mixed vegetables and salad, spring rolls, jalapeño rolls, gumbo, banana pudding and beignets are ALL equally mouth-watering. I dream about tasting these foods again and the anticipation between my tasting and wedding were crazy! We will be ordering again to try even more. Thank you to Henry and his wife!
