The Best Luxe Rental Company in Baltimore, MD!

Bluxe is a staple rental company for every event I host. Working with a company that is professional, reliable and above all has exceptional customer service eases my mind when planning events. Amazing Customer Service!!

Brittny and her team are wonderful to work with! As a wedding and event planner, responsiveness is everything! She was super responsive, flexible and understanding of the many changes we made to our order. The team was super customer service centric and the inventory arrived on time and as described. If I could give BLux a 6th star, I would!

Amazing rentals and great service!

B Lux Event Rentals is the perfect vendor to utulize for luxurious and gorgeous rentals. Not only do they carry alot of unqiue pieces, they provide great customer service and transparent pricing visibile online! It is very easy to book their rental items and the items were delivered on time for each of the events that we used this vendor for.

Exhilarated

As an event planner, it is sometimes hard to find good help. I came across BLux on the internet not knowing what to expect. Working with BLux as a vendor, I could NEVER ask for a better vendor to work with. They are flexible, VERY professional, and EXCELLENT customer service. The products that BLux has to offer are nothing but AMAZING.

Blux is one of a kind!

As an event planner, I've worked with Brittny and her team at Blux more times than I can count. I have never been disappointed, she is thorough, punctual, and friendly. Her customer service is unmatched! Brittny is the embodiment of her luxury and glamorous brand. When she enters a space, it is clear that she is take hers brand very seriously. She was one of the first to provide luxury rentals at a reasonable price point in the DMV area. Book with her TODAY, you will be glad you did!!!!!

Lack of Integrity

I would not recommend this vendor to save my life. I was at an event and the driver who was dropping off/picking up the decorations hit my car while I was standing there and then denied it. The owner of the company refused to furnish the driver's name and proceeded to lie to the insurance company denying that the driver, who happens to be her father, hit my car. Very poor business and zero integrity.
