Avenue Catering knocked it out of the park for our special day. First off, the initial communication was great. I was pleasantly surprised to get so much of David's time to chat through what Avenue could provide and my own detailed (and likely a little annoying) list of questions. He was really informative and transparent about our catering options in the area given our venue required us to work from a specified list. I also learned that Avenue had a ton of experience at our venue, which basically sealed the deal. Then there's the food - yum! Everyone had nothing but positive, often glowing things to say. The jumbo cheese ravioli, classic bolognese, and baked NY strip were standouts in particular. I have a very simple palate and found we were able to do a great balance of basics while still having more interesting options for our guests. And we actually got to enjoy the food thanks to our killer head server prioritizing our needs. I legitimately never had an empty glass of wine, leading to quite a night of fun :) I also found their price point to be reasonable compared to the other vendors on our venue list, like Sun in My Belly, Affairs to Remember and Proof of the Pudding. Catering is still hella expensive, mind you, but I felt like Avenue was a fair investment based on the quotes I sourced and the finished product. I wish we could afford fancy parties more often just to have more of their delicious food. Thank you for everything, Avenue!

Talk about delicious! Avenue Catering delivered the most amazing food and professional service for our wedding. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed every part of the wedding reception we held with Avenue -- the florals and decor by Troy were amazing, the progressive food menus were well-received, and the staff was professional and courteous. Seriously, every guest had fabulous things to say, and every menu item was scrumptious. We did a progressive station of New South where lobster mac'n'cheese and bbq rollups were favorites, as well as a Country French station where the chef delivered coq au vin and wild mushroom pasta to everyone's delight. They worked with our own menu ideas (which made my groom extra happy!), as well as let us know what they do best (which made me feel secure in the professionalism of their planning). Even though we were planning from out of state, they helped us develop the best event possible. I loved working with Sheryl and with Troy -- their attention to detail and obvious love of their work shines through. Payments and receipts were handled well in their office, any questions were answered quickly, and every effort was taken to make our experience perfect. The only problem was we wished our reception could go on forever! It was considered "The Event of the Season"!

The food at our wedding was absolutely amazing. We had guests come up to us well after the wedding to tell us how wonderful the food was. There was lots of food and lots of choices for our guests to enjoy for the evening. They were extremely flexible with their choices and making sure we were happy with the food.

Wow! Where do I start with the rave reviews of Genelle and her husband! They are absolutely wonderful to work with. In my initial search for a sit down dinner for my wedding, I contacted Avante and three other major catering companies. The other companies I came in contact with had outrageous prices and were quite difficult to deal with. With Avante, having dealt with other catering companies before them, I was a little suspicious at first but when I went for a free (yes free) tasting and I met Genelle, I knew I had a winner! Not only is she a pleasure to deal with, her prices reasonable and her food absolutely yummy (chicken roulade is delicious), but she also gives the clueless bride like myself a ton of ideas about weddings in general. The day of went off without a hitch and I am still to this day getting compliments on how good the food was. I would highly recommend Genelle due to her easiness to deal with, superb food and the value for cost. If I ever need a catering event again, Genelle will be at the top of my list!

Avenue allowed us to breathe so much easier during the days leading up to the wedding and totally knocked it out of the park on our actual day! Their level of professionalism and responsiveness is completely UNMATCHED!

We had a phenomenal experience with Avenue! Karla is an absolute gem- exceptionally accommodating and very receptive to ideas and concerns. She was a joy to work with, and truly put us at ease throughout the entire process. Guests simply raved about the food, and my husband keeps saying that he wishes that Avenue had a restaurant so that we could try everything on the menu! The linen choices and serving pieces were lovely, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout the event. I will certainly be using Avenue again should I have another event to plan in the future!

I used Avenue through The Pavillion at East Cobb and it was wonderful. All the food was so good. They allowed us to really pick and choose the items we wanted on the menu and move things from one food station and put it in another station. We had bar-b-que as one of our items, and being from South Carolina, we wanted to try and use a specific sauce. The chef was so accommodating, he told us how much sauce to bring and he used it. It was agreat hit with my family. The food was hot and tasted so fresh. My husband and I actually want to have another event so we can enjoy the food since you really don't get to eat at your wedding :)

Working with Avenue was amazing! I was able to ask question via email, phone, or in person with a quick and helpful response. Avenue Catering did an amazing job of presentation and kept my reception running. They were a major asset and played an important role in the flow and success of our reception.

We went with Avenue because they were a preferred vendor for our reception and I am so glad we did. The food was amazing and we have gotten the most compliments about it. I knew it would be good, but I didn't know I'd be wishing they had a restaurant to eat some now. Their menu is extensive and they are so easy about switching things in so you get the perfect meal for your liking!

We had our ceremony at The Pavilion at East Cobb and, thus, had catering via The Avenue Catering (both are owned by the same company/group). The food was excellent! We had our choice of buffet stations, but went with carving, pasta, and a premium coffee bar. All were fantastic! The broil and turkey with potatoes at the carving station were great, and the pasta bar was also amazing (including the salad). The coffee bar with the chocolate cups of alcohol was the cherry on top! They even went so far as to map out the offerings for a guest who had a severe dairy allergy. Helped make our special day that much more memorable!
