These clients reached out to me less than a month before their wedding, and we made some MAJOR (I mean major) changes to their entire event. Jared was so helpful in talking through the power situation for what we wanted, was super responsive, and bent over backwards multiple times to bring to life the extremely last minute vision changes. Wow, Jared and his team were absolutely amazing to have for our wedding. We hired them to install café lights outside and provide web streaming of our wedding ceremony.

Café Lights:
Jared went above and beyond to make sure we that we were on the same page regarding how the lights would be strung, and even went on site with us in person during the proposal period when we had something else in mind. The AV Connections team worked directly with the venue (The Cottages on Charleston Harbor) to set up the lights before we checked in so we could enjoy them during our entire stay. They broke down the lights as we were checking out a few days later. It was completely hands-off for us, which was perfect!

Web Streaming:
Jared sent us a streaming link well in advance so that we could send to our virtual attendees. The intro picture that displayed before the live stream started looked professional and well-designed. The link was easy to access for virtual attendees to watch, and we had no reported issues. The sound quality was great, even with us being on the windy harbor. The crew presented themselves professionally in dress and manner, and were like ghosts during the streaming equipment breakdown during our reception. We received a digital copy of the streaming as well for our own records within the following week.

I would recommend AV Connections to anyone having an event. Their professionalism far surpasses the wedding industry standard and our wedding would have not been the same without them.

We hired AV Connections to put up our café lighting for our outdoor wedding reception, and we could not have been more pleased. They did an excellent job of figuring out exactly how/where to place the lighting according to what we said we needed, and, on the day of, they were very prompt in setting everything up and taking it down so that we didn't have to worry about a thing.
