Hello! We are the Davidson family. We welcome you to our 100+ acre estate located between Palmer and Wasilla, Alaska. Many years ago, we purchased this property with a dream to grow our family. We built a home, raised our boys and recently added a gorgeous timber frame structure we called "the barn" for fun family gatherings.

Our barn, offers the warmth and beauty of a timber-framed structure without the rough edges of a traditional barn. This 3,000 square-foot event venue features tongue and groove siding inside and out, a fully heated interior for year-around celebrations, and polished concrete floors that are perfect for dancing the night away.

With a spacious mezzanine and loft connected by a striking spiral staircase, multiple private getting ready areas, an ADA-compliant restroom, and a convenient warming kitchen, every detail has been designed for comfort and ease. Outside, ample parking for 150 guests ensures a smooth arrival, while inside, the atmosphere blends elegant charm with modern sophistication - making it the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings.
