I just have to publicly say a massive thank you to Jennifer from At the Altar for helping facilitate my crazy wedding day! If you are considering hiring her, do it immediately! I got in touch with Jennifer a year before the wedding, and she took the time every month to do calls with me to keep me on track, and once a week the month before. She drove WAY out of her way to go to my venue and do a super detailed walkthrough in the August heat. She reviewed contracts for all my vendors, made sure I made payments on time, made sure they all understood the day-of timeline, coordinated with them the day of, made sure they got their tips, and helped me with at least ten million questions.

There were so many details, so much pivoting (sudden rain the minute the ceremony was supposed to start!), and plenty of chaos, but the only reason I could handle it on the day with any trace of calm was because I so fully trusted Jennifer and her incredible competence. She handled absolutely everything we threw at her—even dealing with my crazy decision to DIY my own flowers! Through a million last-minute missions and unexpected changes (like running behind schedule and adding two surprise speeches), Jennifer juggled a gazillion plates to make sure I got to actually be present and enjoy my own wedding.

I am also incredibly grateful that she deliberately carved out time to make sure my husband and I got a private moment together. That little window to just love-gush and connect in the bridal suite away from the madness was honestly my favorite part of the whole night. She even had everything perfectly cleaned up and organized by the end of the evening, which made packing it all away the next morning feel so much more manageable.

Honestly, Jennifer should charge more for what she does. She is a total lifesaver and worth every penny. Thank you for keeping us sane and making our day amazing!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From the very beginning, she made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. Hiring At the Alter Events was the best decision we ever made. I was extremely stressed planning the wedding over the course of two years and got to the point where I was just not even looking forward to the wedding at all. We did not originally plan to hire a wedding planner, so by the time we booked Jennifer my venue and most venders where booked. I wish I had booked Jennifer from day one. She has the fastest response time of anyone I have ever met. I would sent emails at all hours when questions came to mind, thinking she will respond the next day. Most of the time, the response was within hours. She helped me find the final vendors I needed, communicated with vendors, helped with design ideas, led the rehearsal, helped answer questions I never even thought to ask, and was even more amazing day of. She handled everything! I did not need to make any decisions or lift a finger. She set everything up and took it all down. I just needed discuss with her the day before how I wanted the big picture to look. My guests and vendors could not stop raving about her. When the wedding day came, it was perfect and worth all the stress. That was only possible because of Jennifer and her team. I will recommend her to everyone and everyone.
