We originally thought we could plan our destination wedding with the help of blogs and groups.
Over time and lots of Supplier chasing we realised that we needed a wedding planner in Portugal. Charlotte came to our rescue and immediately put our minds at ease. She ensured we had agreements in place and helped with the new suppliers we hadn't yet found. We could finally focus on our work life and enjoy the planning process.
On the day the team were fantastic, especially helping me settle my nerves in the morning over coffee and breakfast!

There are no words for how amazing ARW Weddings and Events were in the lead up and execution of our wedding weekend in Italy. Both Amanda and Charlotte went above and beyond. From initial meetings landscaping ideas, understanding what was important to us and organising for us to visit the venue and go for tastings etc, contacting suppliers and negotiating prices to ensure we stayed within our budget, to creating personalised signs and bespoke invites and gifting.

We would discuss and give them a mixture of random visions/ ideas and through inspirational mood boards and mock up settings, they worked their magic and brought it all to life. Thanks to them our wedding was seamless- it was everything we wished for and so much more.

We put our trust into Amanda and Charlotte and they made us feel as though they always had everything under control. They would send regular updates so we never needed to worry and dealt efficiently with last minute changes to guests and hotel bookings. They also reached out and connected with their industry wide contacts to ensure we had the best of everything but within our price range.
