Gio is extremely professional to work with and a true artist! I loved my wedding cake so much! It was beautiful and delicious!! The guest couldn't stop talking about it! He was able to take my fairy tale vision and bring it to life! You can also sample cake flavors before you decide! All of the flavors I tried were delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Gio is creative and offers suggestions on cake styles and options. He is intent on assuring the couple have what they want in design and cake flavors. His cake was gorgeous to look at and moist and delicious! Presentation was beautiful!

Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! The level of service and professionalism was IMPECCABLE!!!! Giovanni, with whom we worked with, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I provided him with a picture of a cake I found on the internet, and then he made several sketches which he sent to us and asked for our feedback. Giovanni is a true perfectionist at his cake masterpieces! My husband and I are not very fond of fondant, but when Giovanni beautifully presented us with his cake samples, the fondant to our surprise was delicate and delicious! I found Gio's work on Facebook, and could instantly tell the attention to detail he put in his cakes. We hired him for two cakes: a groom's cake in the shape of the Star Trek Enterprise, and our wedding cake, which was a Cinderella theme. Both cakes were done beautifully, and best of all they were delicious! I had several tastings with other bakers that seemed to be on the dry side, but not these cakes! I will definitely recommend him to family and friends who need cakes for their events.
