ARBUCKLE Lodge will not refund your money when you cancel your reservations Please read reviews. Laura Spooner the manager will not return calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and Attorney General consumer protection department. This has been going on from 2017 from what I can tell. BEWARE!

The general manager that I was working with told me that she would help me with the planning of the event. When it came down to what I wanted she got very pushy and I felt rushed. I had made a block for reservations and she told me that she would email me all the details for the reservations for my guests. I never got the email and they lost half the reservations I had already made. They had double booked the hotel for another event and because I never got that email with all the reservations I lost my block for rooms for all my guest. I had a few guest have to stay elsewhere and pay higher rates due to the other events that was going on that week and weekend of my wedding. They told us we could put up lights for some of the decorations the night before. We did so and then the staff had taken the lights down by the next morning. I would not recommend anyone to book for any events. The hotel cancelled other people’s rooms that had travelled long distance for the events that were in town that week. Whenever we tried to talk to the general manager about the rooms that we had reserved she would avoid or ignore us until the day of the wedding. Not very impressed
