I ordered burlap koozies from them, they were fast and arrived early. They communicated with me every step of the way.

We ordered insulated tumblers with a custom full-color image. We got really fast answers to all our questions. Converting my artwork to the right format made part of it a little grainy, and they had an artist fix that for no additional charge. The printing came out great - even the flowers with a color-fade-gradient on them are beautiful!

Overall, spend the money on someone reliable. My fiance and I ordered luggage tags for our save the dates and then canvas bags, nylon drawstring bags, sunglasses and water bottles for our welcome bags. Everything came and looked good, except the water bottles. They were supposed to arrive on Friday before our wedding, so I called and asked them to move it to Thursday and they didn't answer or return the voicemails. I emailed and no answer. I went on the chat and they said a representative had to reach out to me. So finally my fiance got in touch with them and Rosa told us that it would arrive on Friday morning to the resort. Come Friday afternoon, after lots of phone calls, we were told that the water bottles were never in production and that they don't know why we were told that they were being shipped to us. We spent hours designing the logo for them and held our welcome bags from guests for two days at our destination wedding so that we could include these water bottles. As you can imagine, we were very upset. The sad thing is that I am a wedding planner so I won't be referring any of my clients to this website.

I came to this company because my last supplier increased the prices and it was unexpected and very unreasonable. They have increased their price on an item I order 3 times in 6 months. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC????? We already have to pay taxes on these online products now because of a new law and ANYPROMO is adding insult to injury! It’s ridiculous. The manager gave me a one time courtesy and charged me the price I paid just 3 days ago, but what’s next????? You keep going up on the prices!??? Another thing, no matter how much in advance you submit orders, it’s ALWAYS an issue or delay when you’re ready to approve and pay for it!!!!!!! They send so many emails to get you to approve it and when you do it’s always an issue. Makes no sense. Now it’s possible I won’t make the deadline I needed them for. I’m going to start looking for another printing company. This is ridiculous! The rep messed up my order and then the person that was supposed to fix it left for the day. I can’t risk not having my stuff on time nor these “just because” rising prices and it’s not a small increase. They ruined my day and possibly my business plans.
