Angie is amazing. We had a multi cultural indoor outdoor wedding that had a lot of moving pieces.The lead up and planning meetings kept us at ease and on track. Our music was amazing and kept the party going. Angie didnt just plan A wedding we had two ceremony’s,3 dress changes, and 3 different locations for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. With a million details flying around until the last minute, planning a wedding can be emotionally draining/overwhelming. Angie and her team somehow make it all seem effortless. From our first Zoom call to the final breakdown at the end of the night, Angie and Linda were on top of every little thing, always thoughtful, and incredibly hands-on. Working with such a reliable and organized team allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of the day without thinking about what has to happen next/who to wrangle next for photos, etc. (Not only are they extremely capable at their jobs, they are also a delight to talk to!) Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner).

Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods!

One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help.

Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!

I hired Angie for day-of coordination services. We had 6 weekly meetings leading up to the event, during which she kept me on track with making final payments and arranging final details. Angie took care of all vendor COIs, and eventually all vendor communications. Being able to streamline all wedding decisions, communications, and actions through Angie in the final month before the wedding was a LIFE SAVER. She even took care of decoration details I hadn’t even thought of.

Was the day of still crazy? You bet, but it was manageable thanks to the support of Angie and her team. Because we had worked out every detail beforehand, during the actual wedding, I did not have to exercise any executive functioning and was able to just go with the flow of events as planned.

My wife and I were very anxious about the wedding and were quickly overwhelmed by all there was to do. In Angie, we quickly found someone who was trustworthy, fastidious, and experienced. She knew how to balance being our advocate when we didn't want to be too difficult with vendors while calming us down and providing perspective when we were driving ourselves crazy. She helped us make our special day magical without being saccharine. She got us organized very quickly and helped us hit the ground running right after our first meeting.

The best part of using Angi & Co was that they're not just Day of Coordinators. Angie was able to call out vendors when they weren't doing their jobs and even picked up their slack simply because she'd amassed so much experience during her years in the industry. I don't want to give away too many details since you'll have to hire Angi & Co if you want the steps to making your wedding day smooth and successful, but I know part of the reason our marriage is going so smoothly (6 and a half years!) is because our wedding day went so smoothly and a big reason for that is Angi & Co! Angie and her team helped us plan our summer in NYC wedding of our dreams. Starting from helping select vendors, to managing our timeline, to day-of preparations, she guided us every step of the way.
