Working with Ashley at Amour de Sucre was an absolute highlight of our wedding planning! From the very beginning, she was a complete dream to work with and made everything so effortless and enjoyable. We had a very specific vision for a beautiful, traditional three-tier cake adorned with cherries, and Ashley executed it to absolute perfection. It was exactly the timeless, sophisticated, and stunning look we wanted for our celebration it was a total showstopper!

The process leading up to the big day was just as wonderful as the cake itself. Our cake tasting was such a fun, memorable experience and really highlighted Ashley’s incredible talent. She offers flavor profiles that are truly out of this world and beyond anything we’ve ever tasted before! It wasn't just a cake; it was a culinary masterpiece that our guests are still talking about.

Beyond her artistry, Ashley was incredibly easy to coordinate with and so professional. I felt like I could reach out to her at any time with questions, and she was always so responsive, kind, and helpful. She made the entire process completely stress-free, which I appreciated so much.

On the day of the wedding, the cake was a stunning centerpiece, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about how it was the most delicious wedding cake they’ve ever had. Ashley is INCREDIBLE! Not only is she an extremely talented baker but she’s also communicative, creative, and hard working! For my recent wedding I had dreamed about a large Millefoglie pastry cake and Ashley made that dream come to life! I cannot recommend her enough!

Ashley was able to customize everything to our specifications and the result was delicious! We had a pink champagne cake with lemon curd and fresh Blueberries. Tasting fee was $50 which she will credit towards your cake.

Ashley was extremely helpful and flexible, from the initial cake tasting all the way to wedding day. The cake and each dessert (mini fruit tarts, custom cookies and cupcakes) looked amazing and tasted fantastic. She also makes delicious treats for the holidays, too.
