We had a great experience working with AITS in providing transportation for our 85-person backyard wedding. Most of our guests had their own cars so we didn’t need big shuttle buses, but our venue was relatively remote without reliable access to Uber/Lyft, so we ended up hiring two 6-passenger cars to take the handful of guests who needed transportation back to their hotels at the end of the night. Guests definitely took advantage of the shuttles and everything went smoothly.

AITS created a seamless end-to-end experience for our June 2022 Big Sur wedding. The team is so responsive and kind and really made it easy for us to secure the shuttles we needed after planning and re-planning our event through three COVID postponements. All of our guests stayed in Monterey and we had them shuttled between the peninsula and Big Sur for our event. The shuttles were punctual and our guests raved about how luxurious they were. I was a little worried for our guests who aren't used to riding on such windy roads, but everyone fared okay thanks to the careful navigation of the drivers. We are so grateful to the team at AITS for getting our loved ones to and from our event safely -- we couldn't have executed our celebration without them!

AITS and our driver Juan made sure we got to our ceremony and reception venues without a hitch! Having day of transportation was the best decision we could have made!!!

I rented two mini-coaches to shuttle guests from Monterey to my wedding in Big Sur. Although I was not on the shuttle myself, my guests reported a very positive experience! The shuttles looked great and the delivered all of the guests on time. The folks in the office were very responsive to my messages and helped to make the route planning very easy. And the price was quite competitive! I highly recommend this vendor.

We rented their Bentley to take us back to the hotel after our wedding, and we really enjoyed it. The driver was very professional and the Bentley was very nice. Dana (at the office) was very helpful in reserving the car. I would recommend them to other brides!

I emailed several transportation services in the Monterey area and was getting nervous that we would have to forgo a limo because the pricing was so expensive. All of the places that we looked up, including AITS, required a 3 hour minimum of a limo-- all consecutive. We needed it for about an hour before the ceremony and about 40 minutes after the reception. No one was really budging on that requirement, either.

AITS won our service simply because we decided that a limo was worth the extra money to have for our wedding and because they were the cheapest option around, but not by much. We paid a little over $450 dollars to use the limo for the time periods I specified above.

The service, though, was great. We worked with Dawn to set everything up, and she was very responsive. The limo was on time and the driver was courteous. We got to our destinations safely and it was a stress-free way to get around on our exciting day. If you are looking for a good limo service (and are willing to pay for it), I would recommend AITS.

My wife and I hired AITS to drive us, our family, and our friends around on our wedding day. They took us to various photo shoots, to the ceremony, and back to the reception. Jerry the driver was on time, professional, safe, and got us around promptly. We have them a schedule and location list in advance and there was one hiccup with one drop off, but fortunately it was easily resolved. Not having to find parking for a dozen or more people over and over made our timeline so much easier, and AITS fulfilled our needs perfectly. My parents scoffed at the idea before the wedding: afterwards they said that having AITS handle our transportation was one of the best choices we made that day. They were very reasonably priced, but they were worth every penny.

Alas, my only non-5 star review. I REALLY wish I could give AITS a better review. Dawn was helpful throughout my planning process, and our limo driver was awesome, timely, and responsive. Unfortunately, the shuttle drivers were not good. About 1/5 of our guests never made it to our wedding ceremony. This is because the drivers took the worst route through Pebble Beach I've ever seen, making them slow and inefficient.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked AITS for my wedding and rehearsal dinner transportations needs and it was a COMPLETE DISASTER!!! As someone who does logistics for a living I have never been more disappointed by a vendor in my life.

I chose AITS because they were a little cheaper that the competition and I thought how hard can it be to drive from Mission Ranch to my wife's family ranch on Carmel Valley Road..... Being someone who always double and triple checks every aspect of an operation. I called and throughly discussed our transportation needs with their staff, I even went as far as to send maps of the route to them to make sure there would not be any hiccups on our special day.

When the driver arrived she Informed me that is was not possible to take the wedding party from Mission Ranch to my wife's family property on Carmel Valley road about 45 minutes away and that we would need to take a different route that ended up taking 2 and 1/2 hours. I immediately called the AITS in an attempt to remediate the issue and was SHOCKED at the response I got. The representative was incredibly rude, confrontational and completely unapologetic.

At the end of the day the mistake made by AITS cost us 5 times the amount we would have saved in shuttle services (THEY STILL CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD OVERTIME FOR THEIR MISTAKE) in overtime with the catering company.

And to top it all off the driver took the route the we had originally discussed (45 minutes vs 2.5 hrs) back to Carmel after the dinner because she said her bladder couldn't handle that extra long ride again.

YOU MAY THINK YOU CAN SAVE MONEY OVER A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION BY GOING WITH AITS, BUT IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A VENDOR FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION DON'T RISK IT!!!!
