We received the wristband very quickly. They were great quality! There was a huge discount on the time we ordered too. You can't beat the value for money with these. We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

LIED about being accredited by BBB and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered bracelets and was told I would receive them in 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks, and the company not responding to our emails I called the one-man show and was told it would be 3 more weeks. He gave me the option to cancel the order and I said I would think about it. I left a message 2 hours later to cancel the order because I found another company and did not hear back. I then followed up with another call a couple of days later. He said he didn't get my message and that I couldn't cancel the order because he put it in production when I called him a few days earlier. I asked if that is the truth, why didn't he put into production 9 1/2 weeks ago when the order was placed and he said he couldn't be bothered with details. Now I am stuck with twice the bracelets I wanted. The other company I used was Wrist-Band.Com and they had awesome customer service, were cheaper, and I got them in 5 days.
