Tami & her staff were walking red flags from the moment we walked in her filthy store & I wish I listened to my gut but it’s the only store in Lawton. We paid over $2000 for a brand new dress for Tami to damage it before my appointment to try it on without telling me. I was told if I paid $150 extra for my dress to be delivered in June in text message & it didn’t arrive by June 30th and called I was told it was a miscommunication. When my dress finally arrived in July she texted to tell me it was in & she was working on steaming it & asked when I could pick it up. When I arrived at the appointment my dress wasn’t as I ordered with the sleeves option which I later found was a decoy to cover up my ripped dress. She never left me alone in the dressing room to the point she stayed while I changed to get ready to get into my dress & made me super uncomfortable. As soon as she took the dress off me she once again never left the room as I needed to change and she put my dress in the bag and zipped up. When I got home to get my dress out I noticed a huge hole and string in my dress. I texted her a picture & asked if she had noticed which she replied she was so excited unzipping it the tag was stuck and she forgot to tell me & could sew it. When I replied to her message asking how it happened if my tag is still perfect & didn’t remember she has yet to reply…
