Booked rentals six months prior to our wedding, a couple weeks before the wedding the owner called and suggested that we rent a trailer and come pick everything up so that we wouldn't have to pay delivery fees. I told her she would have to talk to my mom about it as it would be one more thing we'd have to do ourselves but it could save money. She called my mom and told her that together her and I came up with this idea of picking the stuff up. It turned out that they didn't have the people needed to make the delivery or do the pickup when we had scheduled even though we signed the contract six months previous to our wedding. I was pretty upset about her dishonesty and poor planning and called her on her lies. They ended up delivering everything to the park in the early morning and picking it up the next day. Everything was nice but because of her dishonesty and lack of professionalism I would not reccomend doing business with them.

They were giddy and happy when we met with them for our china... but once they get you roped in, they're horrible! Their customer service skills are poor and very unprofessional. They will do anything to take your money. Altough we did love the dishes we rented from them, they charged us for dishes they said we lost, which were never given to us in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone ever!

The company is run very poorly. They don't respond back to calls, they are unprofessional, lost our information more than once. The linens we rented were so wrinkled we had to spend 2 hours steaming them out so we could use them.
