We provide designer cakes for any occasion, weddings, grooms, bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays, mardi gras....you name it, we do it. We also offer several different flavored cheesestraws, petit fours, decorated cookies, truffles, and many different types of confections and sweets. I have been decorating cakes for more than 17 years, and have owned my business for almost 2 years. I am licensed and insured and inspected by the Department of Agriculture. I have had no formal training but have taught myself the use of pastillage, air brushing, blown sugar, poured sugar, fondant, gumpaste, molding, edible flowers...and everytime something new comes out, it is a challenge to me to learn how to do it!
