I worked with Stacy, who is the owner of this shop and she had assured me that she would be able to do my flowers for my wedding even though we had less than 2 months. I had shopped around for other florists in the area but didn't see anything that I was impressed by. Anyhow, on the day of my wedding, I was not impressed with any of the bouquets. The bridesmaids bouquets looked old and wilted as if they were made 2 days ago, in addition to the fact that the ribbon tied around the handle was sloppy and the pins were not straight. I was disappointed that only my bouquet looked decent. We took pictures before the ceremony and two of the bouquets fell apart and the ball of flowers that the flower girl held completely fell apart so there was nothing left. For the reception, I had forsynthia stems in tall vases on four of the tables, which after returning from my honeymoon, my mom told me that they were fake stems! I was shocked! I left a message for Stacy asking her why she wasn't honest and her bookkeeper called me. Her bookkeeper called me a SPOILED BRAT and that she was smarter than me because she was 60 years old and I was too young to understand what goes on in the floral business. I was so upset that I told her that this conversation was over and hung up. I will never do business with this Florist ever again and I have told all of my friends and family to never use them. Her bookkeeper was so out of line and unprofessional that I'm shocked that they are still in business!
