Review Part 1:

Where to begin? At first I was extremely against hiring a day of coordinator as I was convinced I did not need one. I was EXTREMELY wrong! I could now not imagine my wedding without Trina and her team. Trina is extremely organized, easy to communicate with, and thought of details that I would’ve have overlooked but ended up being so important the day of. Trina offered advice, helped me to make decisions, and used her wealth of knowledge to help me visualize that I wanted my wedding to look like. There was not a question that Trina did not know the answer to. Trina and her team were fantastic. Before the wedding she triple checked everything with me and my husband, called and confirmed with all of my vendors, and communicated with other important members of our bridal party about their role. During our rehearsal she clearly communicated expectations for the day of with all of my very large bridal party and helped everyone feel comfortable with their role in the wedding. Everyone was complimenting her and her team’s efforts throughout the night. She and her team were always one step ahead of any potential problems or disasters, intercepted any issues so that I did have to deal with them, and paid close attention to detail. The best part of working with Trina was that I was able to have a worry free evening with my guests and was able to enjoy my wedding. I knew that Trina had everything handled. One of the many reasons why my husband and I decided to hire Trina over other vendors that we interviewed was because of her professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Trina and her team worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure that everything went according to plan. She and her team were constantly present during the night to ensure that we were calm and comfortable, communicate with other vendors, guests, and me to ensure that our day went as planned. Trina and her staff were extremely professional and responsive. I hired Trina and her staff as a day-of coordinator for my wedding, and I recommend this service to all those who plan their own wedding, but do not necessarily have one main coordinator for their day's affairs. Trina made sure the rehearsal and the day-of went smoothly, and made my day as stress-free as possible. The week before, she called all vendors and confirmed their agreed upon services and arrival times, so I would not have to worry about any no-shows. On the day-of, she kept in close contact with the maid of honor and best man, so my husband and I could focus on enjoying the day. I was extremely pleased and truly enjoyed working with Trina and her lovely staff.

Trina and her team were amazing! I needed day of coordination services along with décor setup/tear down. We scheduled a meeting with her, and she was so professional. After our phone consultation, my wife and I knew we wanted to hire Affairs Remembered. Trina was a true blessing from the very beginning. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer, and her response time was very quick. Her pricing was extremely fair. We loved the fact that she was open to our suggestions, but when needed, advised us of a better solution she thought would work. She maintained her professionalism when problems occurred and made us feel comfortable that we could trust the entire team on our wedding day. Our ceremony and reception were outdoors and due to the weather, Trina took good care to make respectful suggestions for our families in regards to having to tolerate the unexpected cold. With so many last minute changes, Trina communicated with all of our vendors, and made sure everything would still be executed according to our contracts. The day of our wedding, Trina and her team went above and beyond in all aspects. They called to make sure our hair and makeup team arrived on time, they tracked down park rangers when our caterer was stuck at the entrance of our reception location, the list goes on. They made sure my wife and I were calm, comfortable, and happy the entire day. Trina rearranged our timelines last minute when we took more time for our photos. She handled our families with respect, even when they were complaining. When a vendor was a no show, she tracked them down, and didn't take no for an answer in trying to resolve our major issue. Our ceremony decor was breathtaking! Not once did we feel our wedding wasn't important because it was small and non-traditional. In Trina's eyes, our wedding wasn't just a "park wedding" but was just as important as a huge extravaganza would have been. Thank you doesn't even begin to describe how grateful we are to have worked with her!!

Trina and her team are the utmost professionals in event planning! I knew she was exactly who I needed when she talked me out of a more expensive option I originally had in mind. I knew she wasn't looking to just make a quick buck at my expense but that she really wanted me to have a nice, classy event. Her demeanor is calm and soothing and she gives off the aura that she's got it all under control and she does! We had a snafu at our banquet hall where there was an event held right before ours when there wasn't supposed to be. Trina had come in the night before to do some pre-setup to save time the next day and the staff at the hall undid all the work that was done the night before! Trina and her team had to scramble to get everything set up again in a short period of time before the guests arrived and she got it done! It was a beautiful reception and I actually had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed it! Most of that was because I knew she had it all under control and I could let go and relax. Thanks again, Trina for your exemplary service, attention to detail, and classy touches!

"I loved Trina and her team..she was great..a lot of my wedding party didn't like the fact that she was so aggressive but I loved her. I needed someone who could make sure that things flowed and that my wedding and reception were perfect and she definitely helped make it PERFECT!! Those same people that were complaining about her aggressiveness in the beginning were complimenting her at the end..I will recommend her team to anyone"!!

Everything worked out great, it was better than expected! As an after thought, everything seemed easy because Trina and her staff took care of everything. We were always involved and took their advice, which always worked out to our benefit. There is truly not one negative thing or improvement comment we could make. After it was all said and done, we felt like we lost a friend or sibling, but thank you Affairs Remembered for everything.

"I have never been to a wedding that had a time line for everything. I was told when to walk, stand etc... I had no choice but to enjoy my day, everything else was taken care of. A wedding planner is a must have for everyone. We now live in CT but will do whatever necessary to get the Affairs Remembered staff here for our next event."
