Everyone had a great time taking photos! The price was really good in comparison to a lot of other photo booth companies we looked at. It was really a fantastic addition to our wedding!

Never got a confirmation, would not refund or return my emails and phone calls. Decided to go with another vendor. I wouldn't trust this company

I attempted to book ABQ photo booth for my friends wedding. I have been trying to contact them since the beginning of August to get verbal confirmation of the fully paid booking. They did not respond to multiple emails or voicemails. Now that I am trying to get my money back and cancel she called saying “they will not provide any refund” They literally have done nothing for this wedding to include a simple phone call. Don’t waste your time or money

Worst customer service ever! My wedding was canceled due to covid back in 2020. After half a year of calling and emailing I finally got a response that they won't refund me and shamed me for asking for a refund! Abq photobooth was the only vendor out of 4 from my wedding that refused to refund.
