It all started at a wedding expo! Lauren from about going places is the best travel advisor on this planet. She not only helped me plan a trip to Jamaica. She helped me plan my wedding and organize travel for my family and 23 other guest. She stayed with me throughout my entire wedding journey which started in Jan 2021 until October 2021. She answered all and any questions. She created a beautiful flip book with all travel details for my guest she even scheduled a video call with the hotel and the wedding coordinator before our wedding to answer any questions for me and my guest. She is awesome and her staff is just as helpful. She goes above and beyond and I’m so thankful for her because she took so much worry out of a stressful time in my life. We booked our anniversary trip while on property for my wedding and when I got home, I turned the booking over to about going places because I know that Lauren will make sure everything is correct.

We ended up booking Peter as our travel agent to book our honeymoon for us, and he did such an amazing job! Excellent communication both in person and over the phone and email. He gave us a lots of options for our honeymoon and helped us narrow down and pick out destination. He took care of the entire booking process all the way down to our travel document and final details. He had a ton of great recommendations and suggestions that made a big difference on our honeymoon. We had an amazing honeymoon and a great time in St. Lucia. We plan on using Peter at AGP in the future for all of our future trips! Highly recommend!

If you are going on a honeymoon, anniversary trip - anything - USE ABOUT GOING PLACES! I can NOT say enough about About Going Places. Everything was easy and perfect - exactly what a bride wants! Lauren helped up weigh our options and select the most incredible resort. She booked our airfare, hotel and all-inclusive stay, she arranged transportation to and from the airport, and even hooked us up with free massages, a candle lit dinner on the beach, and other honeymoon goodies! I would give this travel agency 100 stars if I were able to - I will DEFINITELY be using them again!

We loved working with Peter at About Going Places. We were originally going to work with him on planning on destination wedding, but our plans changed. Since he was so accommodating with us, even though we changed our plans, we remembered to go back to him when planning our honeymoon. Planning a honeymoon is a lot harder than it looks, there are so many things to keep into consideration: location, amenities, price, and especially DATES. We probably looked at 2-3 different date ranges and about 4-6 locations before finding something that worked with our schedules. He would email us regularly and keep us up to date on all of the locations and dates.

What's great about About Going Places is that they have actually been to the locations they are sending you to. They know that the resorts they are setting you up with are of the highest quality. There is no guess work on the end of the honeymooners which makes you feel comfortable when spending several thousand dollars.

At the end of the day, they want your return business for a future trip. Because of the high quality of service, we will certainly use them when planning our next big time adventure.

Peter addressed the numerous questions that we had with detail and helped us in making our final decision. We went with Sandals Ochi, which included a honeymoon package (bubbly gesture, romantic gesture, and wake up to wedded bliss services), 60 minute couples massage, and the Dunn's River catamaran cruise for 2. The resort was a great value with all that we were looking for, a relaxing trip that also provided tons of adventure. Peter took care of all the bookings (flights, resort, extra honeymoon package), so we did not have to worry about planning the trip.

So glad we booked our honeymoon through them! Mary Micheal was able to save us a ton of money while also getting us a direct flight from Atlanta to Hawaii, which is nearly impossible.
