Aaron Lelah Jewelers was great to work with. My husband went in with a picture of what he knew I wanted for an engagement ring/wedding band set and they had it custom made for him. The price was negotiated without a lot of haggling and I love my set!! Its gorgeous :) I can go in anytime and have it cleaned and serviced without any problems as well. Thank you!

We met Susan from Aaron Lelah Jewelers at a bridal fair here in Las Vegas. Susan was extremely friendly and took her time with us in finding my groom's ring. Even with all the hustle and bustle around us, we found a ring, and had him fitted with the ring of his choice! Susan took her time with us and even gave us the option of a lay-away program. The prices of Aaron Lelah's jewelry were amazing, and we were impressed with the quality and different styles they provided!

In making a payment at the store, I wanted to choose my wedding band...again, I got to meet with Susan on the weekend (which definitely fits my already busy schedule) and she showed me some GREAT options. After choosing to do lay-away with this ring, I had a hard time driving out to the west side of town, but they also allowed me to do payments on the phone - this was AWESOME for me!

After everything was paid off and I went in to obtain the beautiful jewelry, I had questions about the ring-bearer pillow and what we do with the rings, and then didn't know which ring was supposed to go on my finger first...Susan took the time to explain how everything worked. She did it in a non-condescending way...this is extremely important to me as a customer because as a teacher, I never want to make any of my students uncomfortable in their learning. Susan's patience and assistance with my questions only makes me want to be a repeat customer!!!

Bought my husbands ring at the bridal show where we were told to bring it by to get resized. Went to get it sized and they said they couldnt resize titanium. To get in store credit he shouldnt have worn the ring. So basically we are out the money we spent on the ring. Then it took them 2 weeks to get in a ring that fit. They offerred to give us the second ring at half price but that would mean we paid $80 more than what they sell it for in the store.. But wouldn't give us anything for the original ring I put on my husbands finger. Pretty sad how it turned out because it was a prefect day and wedding outside o this nightmare.

This jewler is not reputable. I believe he takes stones from other people's jewlery. I inquired about getting a ring made for my wedding. Aaron offered to clean my earrings. This took 20min. When I got my earrings back I noticed carbon that wasn't there before. He was acting very strange when he gave them back. Beware I wish someone warned me!!
