We chartered a trolley from AJ Limo Coach for our wedding. The Trolley made several stops on our wedding day and were very accommodating when we made a few last minute changes the week of our wedding. The Trolley was on time and picked up the groomsmen to deliver them to the church. From there it went to pick up the bride and bring her to the church. Then it took the entire party to different location for photos before dropping us off at the venue. The driver was very professional and really sweet. She was a great driver and we felt very safe. The trolley itself was beautiful. Riding along and standing on the back platform was probably the highlight of our day for some of bridal party. The actual booking process was super easy. You contact them, tell them what you want, they quote you a price, you book. I think I sent maybe 2 or 3 emails to actual book. Professional, efficient, and experienced service from AJ Limo helped to make our day absolutely perfect!

AJ Limo was great. We hired one 55-person coach to take our guests from the hotel to our house (we had no space for parking and didn't want people to drive drunk). They were very flexible with the timing and didn't charge us for the time we weren't using the bus (four hours between pick-up and drop-off). In addition the bus was spotlessly clean and very new. Great experience for everyone and our driver Russ was fantastic.

AJ Limo was great! Limo was clean, comfy, and fantastic. Our driver was super sweet and fun - Uncle Bill! He did start to take us the wrong way from the ceremony to the reception, but other than that we was very flexible and took us everywhere we needed to be.

We wanted a Limo for our wedding and chose A J Limo.. Very easy to work with, the driver was there to get or do whatever my bridal party or I needed. Was one of the best things I did for my wedding.

AJ Limo had the best prices and flexibility for our wedding transportation. We rented a really cool trolley that suited our vintage wedding styling. Wendy, John and Drew were wonderful to work with. However, our driver, Dave, was obviously aggravated by his job from the start of the day. My husband and I were standing on the street getting pictures taken and he didn't even greet us- just started shouting that he had no where to park the vehicle and ordering us to get our guests ready for the trolley. Later in the day when we were getting ready to board again, the driver must have been argumentative with my parents, because they were fuming mad after speaking with him. I know my parents didn't want to upset me on my wedding day, so they spared the details, but Dave was pretty unpleasant to us, as if he was doing us a big favor. We tipped him anyway, but I wouldn't want him as our driver again! The rest of the people we worked with were very nice and professional!!

We were passengers with this vendor on 2 separate occasions for the 56 passenger bus. On both trips the drivers did not have the proper directions, nor the technology to use to get to the correct location. I would be wary of the professionalism of this vendor

recently hired Aj limo service for our wedding. Regret the decision 100%. Save yourself a headache on your wedding day. Go elsewhere.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid A.J. Limo Coach. We recently used them for our wedding and ordered the Trolley Bus. The Driver got lost in the resort and brought our guests (including our parents) to the reception over 50 minutes late. The worst part is I called the following business day to discuss the issue with the owner and for the past week he has refused to talk to me or compensate us in any way. Then the trolley driver lied and said that was not what happened, but the owner didn't even have the courage to talk to me himself about the issue he used his secretary to tell me " He is done with the matter" Overall extremely disappointing experience with their customer service and business practices.
