Our food and displays were fabulous!!! Our guests complimented us all night long and are still talking about it!! Ashle and Steve did a great job!!

I'm not really great at reviewing, but I'll give it a shot because I loved working with Ash and Four Brothers so much. As far as value goes, I can't really compare to anyone else because they were the first people I contacted and I found Ash to be so helpful and knowledgeable that I was definitely set on using her for most of our services!

First off, this wedding was a destination wedding for my husband and I. We are both living 4 hours away in Louisiana, but because we love the beach so much, we wanted to be able to have our special day somewhere that represented us as a couple. Basically, I was finding it impossible to plan a wedding from 4 hours away not knowing anything or anyone! I came across four brothers and was immediately in contact. Once we were able to make a trip there, we met Ash and her husband (who was the chef in charge of the food). Both my mom and I were crazy about the food. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was on point. My guests at the wedding were complimenting the food long after the ceremony was over! (I had a good bit left over, and enjoyed it the next day too, before leaving for the honeymoon!)

The officiant Ash selected was amazing, as was the DJ and the bakery. My ONLY complaint was that my wedding cake was fondant and not buttercream (I just really love buttercream!) but that was no big deal in the long run to me. I was an easy going bride. Seriously nothing made me into a bridezilla at all!

My favorite part about using Four Brothers for the wedding was being able to communicate with Ash via facebook and text messaging, and even after the wedding (nearly 3 months married now!) we are still in touch! If you need someone who is going to handle everything for you, definitely go with these guys!!

I can't say enough about Ashle & the whole crew at Four Brothers! I live in Ohio and had the wedding in Gulf Shores; and somehow through pictures & text conversations Ashle pulled off my dream wedding!!!!! The ceremony & reception were exactly how I saw them in my dreams!
My guests raved about the food! We chose a southern BBQ menu & people described the ribs as "falling off of the bone" "succulent" and "NO WAY is this catered food"
My cake was exact replica of the one I found on Pinterest!

I selected Four Brothers to cater my wedding because they were local, working directly out of the city of my wedding venue (Gulf Shores, AL) and were familiar with multiple other vendors in the region. I had previously worked with the chef when I lived in Gulf Shores, so I knew he would provide amazing food (and I was completely satisfied with the results -- my guests all raved about how delicious the meal was -- and who actually compliments the wedding buffet?). His wife literally became my wedding planner and helped with all the other aspects of the wedding that I needed -- everything from the tables, chairs and linens to helping set me up with a great photographer and local officiant. She worked with other local vendors to get the flowers and cake done, and they were able to work on everything within my budget requests.

I would say I was a pretty flexible bride (and this was a destination wedding of sorts), and that really came in handy because Four Brothers worked to find me the best deals possible based on what I generally wanted to have. In the end, they provided every request we had for our menu -- everything from a raw bar of oysters in April to crawfish in our lowcountry-style boil. Our guests all talked about how much they enjoyed dinner (and the chef made sure I was first down the buffet line -- so I DID actually eat dinner on my wedding day).

At the end, the wraparound staff helped bring everything back to the way it was originally and left the place looking spic-and-span (more or less). For the value, this was a great service. Four Brothers truly helped bring our wedding day full circle and did everything in their power to not only make US happy, but to also please all our guests in attendance (even if that meant running out to buy different soda, and to get more bugspray for our outdoor venue!).
