A & A Southern Artistry did my hair and makeup for my son’s wedding. They both did an excellent job. For my hair, it was a windy day but my hair stayed perfect the entire day/evening. My makeup was perfect and they made sure I was happy with eveything when they were finished. I appreciate that they took their time and made sure I was completely satisfied.

I own a photography studio. I have hired several makeup artists in the past to beautify my clients before their sessions. Amya is by far the best make up artist in southern IL. I love the high quality products she uses. The final work photographs really well. My clients love her too!

Amya and Alyvia are outstanding to say the least. I had 7 bridesmaids in total. One did my makeup as a wedding gift. They were very accommodating with that, and I sincerely appreciated it. I was so relieved after my trial. Alyvia did a few different hairstyles for me to see. Amya and I were able to talk about the type of makeup I was envisioning for my bridesmaids. They were very clear with their expectations, and that helped me tremendously to know what to expect. They were very professional and a calming presence the morning of. They both exceeded my expectations and visions. My party and I were so happy with how our hair and makeup held throughout the entire wedding (start to finish).
