Perfectly captured every moment!

Krista is a true professional! She was accomodating, helpful, and just fun to be with! She worked with me on creating a timeline to fit my needs and budget and delivered absolutely amazing photos! If you're getting married in the SW Florida area, you should call her now!

We love our photos!

Impressions Photography was highly recommended to us by our venue (The Westin) and now we know why! Krista is very easy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions that came up. Krista and her team were amazing the day of the wedding! They captured all of the shots that we wanted and more! We were so happy when we got our photos back, they are beautiful! We will definitely be using Impressions Photography again in the future!

Fabulous photos

Hire Krista, she is phenomenal and does a great job of capturing your day. My mother in law wanted some family photos which is challenging with multiple kids under 5 and she delivered and got them to smile!

I am so glad we hired her and we will definitely use her in the future for family photos.

Beautiful photos

Krista is absolutely incredible. She captured such beautiful shots on our wedding day and was very patient with our requests. Our pictures turned out gorgeous. We had a windy day and she was able to improvise and find a beautiful location to take photos. From the moment we booked her she was very responsive and helpful. After the wedding, she even sent us a few photos in a couple of days to give us a sneak peek.

Just hire her already!

Krista- where to begin. I found Krista by looking at Instagram pages after I knew I wanted to get married in Sanibel and fell in LOVE with her pictures. I knew immediately that she was the photographer for us! I messaged her and she was extremely friendly and responsive! That’s just the start. As plans changed due to COVID-19, she moved her plans with it. She helped me pick out other vendors, helped plan a time line for the day, and made me feel so relaxed about everything.
Day of the wedding- she was there early and spent a large chunk of her day running around with her amazing assistant, Maddie. It rained during some pictures but you’d never know it because she made everything cheery and made the best of it. They did their rain dance and the rain was gone by the ceremony! Thanks for that! ;)

I just received my pictures on CHRISTMAS EVE. Talk about someone who is always working hard.. she devotes herself to her beautiful business and it shows in all aspects. All I can say is WOW. Her eye is amazing- her pictures should be in magazines.. and she sent me SO many photos that I can’t stop looking at.

Krista- thank you SO much for everything. You’re truly incredible.

Now, why haven’t you hired her already?! Go book her now. She’s worth every penny.

Above and Beyond

I'm not exactly sure where to start. Photos were one of our number one priorities. We spoke with many vendors. Krista immediately stood out to us. Her attitude and ease of communication set her apart from most, and the fact that she was a preferred vendor to our resort was a big plus.

We changed our mind a lot on things, and Krista was patient and helpful in every way. As soon as she arrived at our resort, her and her assistant just made us all feel so good. Its no surprise that she is such a highly desired photographer. She really went out of her way to get the perfect shots. I mean, getting in the water, being attacked by noseeums...she definitely took a lot for the team!

We received our pictures back faster than expected, even with such a busy schedule. And my husband and I are in awe. We were able to relive our perfect day over again because of Krista. We really cant recommend her enough. Thank you SO MUCH KRISTA!

Amazing team, can’t wait to see the photos!

After having to reschedule our April wedding due to COVID, Krista was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to adjust our wedding package and staying in touch while we adjusted our plans.

Krista, Lisa and Mackenzie helped make sure that every aspect of our wedding day was captured the way we had imagined.

Even when I (the bride) was running a bit past schedule, Krista was able to get lots of ‘getting ready’ shots of me in a very short amount of time - thank you for that!

During the reception, Krista reminded us about different photos we wanted to take and helped direct our guests for all of the fun photo setups we wanted.

We felt very comfortable taking all of our photos throughout the day and at ease that lots of great moments were getting captured.

We can’t recommend Krista and her team enough - we can’t wait to see the rest of our photos!

Scott & Lisa's Naples Pier Wedding 09/17/19

Our photographer was booked via Janet at Beach Weddings Made Simple as we were organising our Florida wedding from our home in Scotland. Although we did not meet Krista until the ceremony itself, she immediately put us at our ease and made the whole event stressless and magnificent. Her friendly and professional demeanour immediately calmed our nerves and allowed us to be our natural selves. Krista's attention to detail, patience and easy going attitude resulted in truly fantastic photographs. It was almost impossible for us to find any that we did not like and we now have an album of 350+ magical images to remind us of a truly special day. Everyone we have shown the photographs too has commented on how (as we say in Scotland) "Bonnie and Braw" they are. If Krista worked in Scotland I'm sure she would never be out of work. We cannot thank Krista & Mackenzie enough for the everlasting memories they have given us and we will be forever eternally grateful.

Best Decision!

Krista was such a joy to work with during our entire wedding process. From getting to know us during our engagement shoot, by the time wedding day came, we were both comfortable and at ease. We knew the pictures were going to be amazing, but when it's impossible to pick less than 200 favorites, you know they're special. We both looked at each other and said "that was a great decision." We can't wait to make our album and continue to obsess over our pictures, which perfectly capture every moment of our best day!

5 stars isn't enough to give you. You deserve all the stars in the Galaxy for such an excellent job you did for Michael and I. I wouldn't consider any other photographer than Krista. Krista gives you what you want and so much more. Not only does she focus on you but she focuses on the environment too. She considers every detail to provide you a perfect picture. There are not enough words we can say to show how you how greatful we are for everything you did for us. Thank you so much for everything you've done and provided for us. Krista went ABOVE AND BEYOND on our wedding day. You MUST HIRE Impressions for your wedding!! From panic attacks, wardrobe issues (she even bustled up my dress for me!) she was nothing short of awesome and took a gazillion pictures to boot.... I don't know how she does it. For reference, I got married in DSM, IA at St. Augustin/Salisbury House.

Krista photographed our wedding weekend in Sanibel in October 2016. I knew she would be the perfect photographer - her energy is great and she is so creative - I loved all the her work on her website! She and her team were outstanding! The pictures are all stunning and not only capture the individual moments and overall event - the pictures actually capture the joy, energy, and excitement! We are thrilled with them! Krista and team captured every moment and detail and were able to work with a wide range of settings at the resort and make everyone (even those not comfortable in front of the camera) feel and look great! Krista coordinated photos in a natural way (none of them felt or looked posed), captured the details (table setting, our rings), and took candids throughout. The sunset photos are out of this world! She and her team were effortlessly part of the day and the pictures are the physical memories from the best weekend. They capture the joy and happiness perfectly and we are so appreciative to Krista and her team! The pictures could not have been more perfect. Impressions Photography is outstanding and I would strongly recommend them!

Working with Impressions Photography was so simple! Krista was so wonderful!! She photographed my wedding in North Carolina November 2016. I didn’t worry about if she was going to get good pictures, with the history and reputation that she has, I knew I was going to get fantastic pictures. And I did! Even with a bunch of blinkers and little kids! The best part is that she handles EVERYTHING! You don’t need to hand her a list of the photos you want, she already knows it all! You work with her to set up the schedule. She addresses everything and tells you when she is going to take these photos and then those photos. AND SHE STICKS TO IT! You don’t have to worry about if she went to take the photos of the groomsmen, she did. And she isn’t going to make you late to walk down the aisle or late for your first dance. She gets to learn the family and people who will be in the photos without even being told who is who. And she finds the most amazing spots! Trust her! It might be questionable to you, but she knows best. I accidentally made her shoot into the setting sun during the ceremony and still there were no issues!!

Impressions photographed my wedding February 2017. Krista and her team were wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond to get amazing shots throughout our wedding. Krista took full control of the stressfulness that can come with trying to capture every moment. She picked amazing back drop locations for all our photos and kept the flow moving smoothly to make sure we stayed on schedule. What we really appreciated was how Krista and her team were able to gather and organize all of our guest to capture a group photo. I would definitely recommend this photographer to any bride looking for someone who is extremely professional and really knows what they are doing.

Krista Kowalczyk, Impressions Photography, was recommended by my wedding planner. After looking at her website and portfolio, we knew instantly we wanted Krista to be the one to capture our wedding photos on our special day. At our initial meeting, Krista clearly explained all of the various options of the contract. Throughout the process, she was professional, enthusiastic, and courteous. Her passion for her career clearly shows. At our initial meeting, Krista helped us with taking some photos to use for our Save the Date mailing. On our wedding day, Krista and her assistant took amazing photos of our wedding party with the background of a lake setting and trees with hanging Spanish moss. Krista’s easy going manner made everyone relaxed. During the ceremony and reception, Krista was able to inconspicuously capture all those special moments. Our experience was Krista was exceptional, and we would recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, talented photographer to record their wedding memories.

Krista and her staff did a fabulous job at our wedding! Krista was extremely kind, professional and easy to work with. She did an excellent job capturing our big day and it was so nice to have two photographers present to capture different viewpoints. Krista and her team are phenomenal! She is incredibly talented, responsive, and very accommodating! The photography was something I was concerned about, but after talking to Krista, I was at ease. Krista was amazing, caring, and very professional during our session. She had wonderful ideas and followed through with them! Krista and her team were most professional and helpful with our big day. It could have been a tough day for us- it was FREEZING in Florida and we were not prepared to be so cold on our wedding day. They were patient and easy to work with and made getting our pictures taken FUN and stressless even with a windchill! You can't even tell we were frozen in our photos....they are beautiful! We had Heather from Impressions Photography for our December 8th wedding in Captiva, FL at South Seas Island Resort and she was a joy to work with during our big day! I met Heather one year before my wedding day and after reviewing several wedding albums she had put together I instantly knew she would be a perfect fit!I met with Heather again a week before my wedding and we talked about the different locations and shots that we would be taking during my wedding day. She was super accommodating when I decided to have a "first look" and was perfectly fine with coming earlier than we had previously planned on only a few days notice.

Come time for my wedding day, Heather arrived half an hour early and started taking shots of my bridesmaids and I getting ready right away. Heather had great ideas for shots and was able to make my now husband and I laugh in certain shots to make our smiles look more natural. Heather even suggested a group shot on the beach with all of my friends and family who attended the wedding which was such a great and unique idea! She was also game for all of the impromptu shots we suggested. Heather would also show me the pictures on her camera as we were shooting them so I had an idea of the shots we were getting. Heather was so fun and easygoing and great to work with on my wedding day!

I highly recommend Impressions Photography for your wedding or next event, especially Heather!!

Heather called me in advance to find out what exactly I was looking for in my wedding photos. I told her that I am not a fan of stand and pose shots, but really like the candids. She did both. She had a great sense of humor and was totally flexible with our families and me with taking any and all shots that we asked of her. I could tell the sunset was a challenge, getting the lighting correct, but she just kept at it and kept double checking the shots to be sure they would be great.

She showed us some of the shots on her camera and now I cannot wait to see the real thing! I am sure they will be beautiful!

she was prompt, courteous, fun and easy going! I really appreciated all of those things! Totally recommend Heather to anyone getting married (especially with unique family situations).

I wanted a photographer that would capture not only the details that I spent so many hours working on. Or the floral designs that my florist and I worked for hours over. I wanted a photographer that COULD capture the raw emotion and feelings of that day. Impressions photography did more than just photograph the day. They retold the whole day with the amazing moments captured. Their photographers were professional, organized and extremely talented!!!

Tiffany and Krista are great! Krista ended up doing our engagement pictures (which turned out amazing), and Tiffany did our wedding, We are still waiting on the wedding photos, but it has only been two weeks. We are confident they will be just as amazing. We know several people who used Impressions for their weddings, and we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work they do. We will continue to use Impressions for all of our photography needs!
A word of advice, your photos are your memories. If you splurge on anything, splurge on the photography!

From just the preview of our wedding photos, I am so excited and well assured that Krista and Emily did an amazing job at capturing our wedding day memories. Impressions was be far the best choice we could have made for our photography needs. Tiffany and her assistant were on time and ready to go. They were sweet and caring and their photographs captured the happiness of the day in a way that each picture told a unique story. Their office was very responsive regarding any questions we had and they went above and beyond to work with our limited budget which was huge! Furthermore, after our wedding they managed to get us all of our pictures in record time and in time for an additional reception we were having back home. Everyone that has seen their work comments how beautiful everything was.

Krista and her staff at Impressions are awesome! She was so quick to respond to us and she takes wonderful photographs! She was professional and both of our engagement pictures and our wedding photographs look beautiful! She was very easy going and a lot of fun!

We worked with the photographer, Tiffany and she was great! Very fun, easy to work with, she was fast and you barely knew she was there taking photo's! She got the large bridal party and family members together easily. The photo's turned out amazing!!!! Our photo's have been uploaded on the Pictage website for purchase however I'm still waiting on the DVD of photo's that are to come via mail.....I would highly recommend this photographer! AWESOME photography. I used Mike and he was so flexible with us. My groomie wanted some crazy pictures and Mike just rolled with the punches but made sure we had the formal ones as well. Such a great guy to work with.

Krista from Impressions Photo was absolutely perfect. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls. During our wedding ceremony, one guest had a seizure and we had to stop everything for about 45 minutes. Krista was able to make use of the downtime for photos and to rally us for the last "family" and "posed" shots before the sunset and the reception. She was even willing to do a re-shoot for us at a later date to make up for lost time and lost beachfront pictures. When we got the proofs, we decided we didn't even need to take the re-shoot because the pictures we got were so great already! During the reception, I swear I only saw her once or twice - she was a fly on the wall and got SO MANY great candid shots of us and our guests. She blended into the crowd and did her job like a true professional. After the wedding, we got the link to our pictures very quickly and they are all gorgeous. Her staff has been great about providing instructions and troubleshooting to get us through the ordering process of our album and prints. Highly recommend

Impressions Photography did an outstanding job! They were extremely easy to work with, were very flixible throughout the day, and took the most amazing pictures. The quality of the photos was breathtaking...they looked like they came right out of a magazine. I would reccomend Impressions to anyone and we will be using them again for our family photos this month.

I love the style of how these ladies shoot there weddings! They are all very nice to work with and do a very good job! They take photos of ALL your details and you get a ton of shots to choose from when you do finally get your photos back. They are amazing and talented! Also very helpful on the day of!

We are so happy we found Impressions Photography for our wedding!! Krista and Jen were on time and professional and also kept everyone calm. We are from Canada but we were able to set up a one on one meeting a couple months before the wedding with Krista, she put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. The office staff were always very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and always willing to help. We can’t wait to see our pictures!!! I used Krista and her assistant Emily and they were great. I have not seen any of the photos yet but it has only been 1 month. They were always very nice to me and with all of their work I know our photos will turn out equally impressive. I would recommend her for any fun, contemporary bride who wants a more artistic edge! :)

Everything was wonderful! The only suggestion I would make is to make sure the photos are available for the groom and bride to preview within the time that is said in the contract originally.

This photographer was professional and flexible both before and during the wedding. She worked well with the group and got many really awesome and unique shots. She was always focused on my needs and reinforced decisions that were made beforehand. She truly has an eye for photography and there wasn't one photo that I disliked!!

My photographer that took pictures at the wedding was great! She was professional, fun, and on time. The company itself lacks in customer service. Emails go unanswered for days, the phone is not answered all the time, and it takes weeks and weeks to get proofs. When you pay a lot for pictures you expect quality service in a timely manner.
