My husband bought both of our rings at Zales!! And each time I've taken my ring in for cleaning and such they have always been very nice and very professional no matter which store I go to in Kansas! Very good quailty and great prices!

I purchased our wedding bands here. I knew it was going to be difficult because my now husband was currently deployed overseas at the time; I knew exactly what kind of ring he wanted, but not his size. The sales ladies were so helpful & really wanted to make sure I got what I needed; they let me buy his ring with mine to get the promotion they had at the time, and worked with me for weeks to get his correct size & exchange the rings (which required ordering a whole new one on their part) before I moved out of the state. Their sales people are attentive & kind, and made a stressful ordeal so much better for me!

Even after the wedding they've continued to provide the same wonderful service and advice.

Zales had beautiful jewelry and it is where we purchased both our wedding rings. The sales person was super helpful and always remembered us when we came in for jewelry cleaning/inspection. The only drawback is that we were talked into platinum for my husband's ring, which is softer than gold and shows wear quickly and badly. White gold would of worn better and been much cheaper. It is still a beautiful ring, but he can only wear it for special occasions. I did purchase him a titanium one off of ebay for him to wear everyday at work and he loves it.
